Dr. Arnold has been my Family Physician for over 20 years. He runs a good practice and I trust him completely. He doesn't hesitate to make referrals when necessary.

Secretary can seem all business and less friendly to medicaid patients.

After transferring my medical over to Bushnell, everything was fine for a few months. Then the Doctor was out during a regular visit, saw the NP. She had some sort of moral objection against giving Veterans Ativan. (no abuse history and not a high dosage) After filing complaint with MDH for her refusal of not filling the script. Dr. Arnold and her dropped me from the practice anyways. Then claimed I refused to go see a Psychiatrist. While the one they referred me to was a "SENIORS ONLY" facility. And they didn't accept the fact that I deal with a VA Psychologist for the PTSD issues. Totally unethical to drop someone cold turkey from medication without referrals. MDH still had issues with finding a new Primary. I have to pay out of pocket for out of area doctors to do home visits to deal with the PTSD issues now.
