Holiday Stationstores

We have visited here many times during our roadtrips, especially a couple years ago. Really amazing gas station and convenience store. Reliable and safe location. Clean premises. Insides of the convenience store is also great. So many things available and restrooms too. Parking area is nice and clean. Gas filling is quick and simple. South Dakota is a great place to explore on long drives and Holiday station stores is a great contributor.

I have the pleasure of traveling the state of South Dakota from east to west and north to south often. My go to Station is the Holiday station. My frequent stops in Mitchell at the Holiday Station is always pleasant and rewarding. I so appreciate their maintenance personnel in a man named Tom. I’ve noticed how he has an awesome work ethic and takes his responsibility of cleaning very seriously. So my hats off to Tom and the Mitchell, South Dakota, holiday station.

Stopped into this store on a trip between western Nebraska and Wisconsin. Friendly and efficient staff which is always a pleasure. However, after driving over 100 miles realized my mom had forgotten her purse in the bathroom. Called and luckily staff was able to find it still hanging on the door. Can't say how thankful we are that the staff took an extra step to help us retrieve and send the purse home to us. Everything still in tact and complete. We are so grateful. Thanks to everyone at the store who helped us out!

Had what we needed while passing through town. The restrooms were clean so we can’t complain.

The store was super clean, friendly and helpful staff. No issues with fueling up. One of the best places we have ever stopped out of all of our travels.

Had a great shower and meal at store 0490. Tom was great

Its great store and great restaurant. Don't bother fueling though as you have to go wait in line to give your card and info. Them you have to wait in line again to pay.

Watch what you buy there lots there like gift cards you cant pay with card only cash.

Bathroom does not supply a sharps away box making this stop unsafe and inconvenient for customers, like me, who have diabetes.

I'm sorry, but they have an employee there that can't seem to keep his eyes above neck level. And even when I've asked him not to, he still does it, and won't even answer questions or acknowledge anything else being said. I asked him not to stare at my chest with that creepy smile repeatedly, cause he even did it in front of my boyfriend. I don't know how to report this, but I leave feeling harassed every time he's working. I all but y'all at him not to do this, but it continues. It just happened again a half hour ago. I'm over it. I just wanna get gas and snacks, not be harassed

Diesel fuel super foaming and shot out fuel all over the ground and side of my truck after about two gallons finally stopped. Running the pump slowly made no difference. Could only enter pumps from one side so had to use that pump. Informed staff inside of spill. Their response "My Duramax doesn't do that". You know what, I am not concerned about "your Duramax", I am concerned about all the diesel fuel that shot out all over the ground and the side of my pickup. Never had that issue before. Lost major sale. Paid the $6.35 and left. Will avoid Holiday stations!!!

Felt very discriminated when the older man asked if I had anything in my pockets. But he did not ask the very intoxicated people in front of me the same question. Holiday used to be my favorite gas stations to stop at, but now I would never go back to any due to this unprofessional manner towards me.

The woman I talked to was very rude I wish I got her name but oh well
