Route 160 Ice Cream

Small and unassuming stand…. with the absolute best ice cream around! Generous scoops, many flavor and topping varieties, friendly service. We especially enjoy the rotating soft serve - they feature a new flavor or two every other week or so (in addition to vanilla and chocolate). Already looking forward to next season.

It's a cute tasty place. They have a bunch of flavors and toppings for ice creams. They also have doggy dishes which my pups devoured instantly. They even have a couple picnic tables to sit at. Bonus, they have marshmallow sauce that is simply heavenly on ice cream.

Brought my niece here the other day. I've been a couple times but this time was awesome! What amazing friendly service greated with huge smiles, welcoming and so kind! Definitely will be going back over and over. Got the orders right and the portion of ice cream is Woah! Awesome job ladies, thank you for the welcoming greetings and what amazing friendly customer service!

Great stop to get ice cream! The soft serve is so creamy. The maple soft serve was really good. The serving sizes are definitely more than I expected.

Best ice cream joint in the area. Love to ride our motorcycle or drive our antique car to grab something delicious, supporting the local teens working.

Rt. 160 ice cream has the best customer service I have ever experienced, their ice cream is the absolute best I have ever had. I have been going there my entire life. The chocolate cookie dough in a sugar cone with sprinkles is the best thing ever!!!! I will forever be their biggest fan!❤

Friendly staff, great ice cream. We ride our bikes to get a treat at least once a week. Wish they had at least 2 options for those of us who are dairy free, though! At least 1 being something that isn't fruity sorbet :)

BEST ice cream around!!! Loved going there with my Nana, when we had hot summer afternoon's. She was particularly drawn to this place but I'm thinking it was more about putting a smile on her great- grandsons face.

We visit Maine for a week once a year and always visit Route 160 ice cream several times in the week. It's one of the high points of our trip! The ice cream is absolutely incredible and the staff is so friendly and helpful.

I recently got a YUMMY banana split from this amazing business and they was so polite and friendly! They got the ice creams out for my family fast! They make sure you leave happy and FULL!!

Chocolate cookie dough is my favorite ice cream! Peanut butter Iditarod (think that's how you spell it) is also fantastic. Literally cant go wrong with any ice cream on the menu! I'm down in Florida now and dream of this ice cream.

Located just a stone skip away from both Cornish and porter, it's a perfect place to drop in and grab a cone or a dish!

Route 160 Ice Cream is the ONLY ice cream shop I go too. I love the warm welcoming staff, especially Jaylyn. And they are the only local place that sells Shains of Maine ice cream which is the only ice cream I like. By far my favorite ice cream shop!

It was the best ice cream I had in a long time, and you get alot of scoops for cheap, so I give them a good tip everytime
