Bedard Medical Supplies

A medical supply house that actually cares about their customers. They call me when my supplies are getting low, provide accurate information regarding shipping. They are very easy to work with and I am very happy that I found them. I just hope that some big company doesn't buy them and kills the customer service.

The girl that helped my mother over the phone was so incredibly patient with her she was just a doll I think her name was Kara . The world needs more loving and caring people like her

I have had the pleasure of using Bedard Pharmacy for my CGM supplier. Always on time. If I have questions, they are answered quickly. If I have an issue, they respond fast and it gets sorted. I really liked using Bedard for my Tandem insulin pump diabetes supplies, everyone there has been so helpful and responsive. If I had known that my new insurance wasn't contracted with them in my state, I would have kept the old one! It's so hard to find a good distributor like them, I might try to get back onto my old insurance next year (or maybe move to Maine!).

Just thought I’d say how grateful I am that I switched my sensor company to Bedard. I called to reorder my g6 sensors late they processed my order quickly after dealing with questions from my insurance company. John was extremely helpful and when I got home this morning my sensors were at my door. Thank you so much!!!

We have been dealing with Bedard Medical and Bedard Pharmacy for several years now and have consistently had a good experience. My daughter has Type I diabetes and has both an insulin pump and a continuous glucose monitor. Both these items require regular supplies: infusion sets, sensors, transmitters, etc. Bedard has made ordering these supplies easy. They keep track when a prescription is about to expire, notify me first, then contact my daughter's doctor's office to get it renewed. Prior to Bedard, we were associated with Dexcom and had many issues with expired prescriptions and no notifications, causing delays in supply deliveries. We are so much happier with the customer service at Bedard.
Today I called Bedard will a billing question. Heather, who I believe is with Bedard Pharmacy, helped me. She kindly listened to my billing issue, put me briefly on hold to investigate the problem, then came back with a reasonable explanation and solution. She was awesome.

We are very grateful for the exceptional customer service we've consistently received from Bedard Medical Supples. Their team is always focused on meeting our needs as quickly, kindly and seamlessly as possible. We've been getting one product through them for 6 or 7 years without any surprise delays or communication challenges. When we needed to find a new vendor for a different product, we were delighted to learn that Bedard can cover that too... Life should be full of excitement, but not when you need supplies to treat a chromic medical condition. Thank goodness for Bedard!

I go here quite frequently for all my medical supply needs. The ladies out front are the most helpful bunch and always so personable. It’s not often you go into a store and hear the employees laughing and getting along with each other so well. It’s very refreshing to walk into a store and be treated like a friend as opposed to just another customer. I do hope these ladies keep up the good work and are praised for how wonderful they are to customers and each other. Out of all the medical supply facilities I have been to Bedard Medical is by far the best and this is all thanks to the exceptional customer service demonstrated by the team of outgoing ladies who always seem to greet everyone with a smile.

The BEST diabetic supply company I've ever encountered. They have well trained reps who actually answer the phone fairly quickly, an iPhone App that is easy to use for reordering and communication and have improved the process of resupply since I started with them. They are far better than any other CGM suppliers I've ever used.

I just wanted to leave a review to let people know how great this place it. I have been working with them for years. I have never had any problems with a single person working there. Anytime I need help or have questions they have been attentive and helpful. We now have moved and get things delivered. The people there doing the deliveries are amazing. They are so sweet and helpful. I just referred my terminally I'll mother there to help her get a wheel chair. The lady who helped her Kara was so kind and patient with my mom. She had nothing but nice things to say about her. A huge thank you to everyone there you all are awesome. I appreciate you!!!!

You did it again! It took my insurance company 27 days to "resolve" a product issue and even then, they shipped pods without the reader. It took one phone call and 2 days to keep me safely supplied with pods until the reader was sent. I am in your debt. Many, many thanks.

I'm a case manager at a hospital and a client requested using Bedard after having issue after issue with out of state options. I had never heard of them. I worked with them on her behalf and they were such a pleasure to work with - responsive, flexible, personal & understanding - that I used them again when I needed a breast pump. Another great experience and I would recommend to anyone!!

I have had the hardest time getting an insurance covered pump, but within 20 minutes of my MIL sending me the link for Bedard, they had received my request and sent a request for a script from my Dr. 2 days later and my pump will be here in the next day or 2! Amazing!

I cannot say enough good about this company. Their employees have bent over backwards to help me . They, on more than one occasion, have enabled my son to get much needed supplies to treat his type 1 diabetes. They always let me know how things are progressing with the insurance company and have worked magic in what seemed like an impossible situation.
