Lake-Osceola State Bank

I thought there was a coin machine that would count the coins that I brought in but I guess not. Poor Jamie had to count out all my dimes and roll them with a roller that gave her trouble. Next time I will make sure I roll my coins. Thank you Jamie for being patient and keeping your cool through something that seemed like it could of been very frustrating.

Just opened account
today. Don was very helpful and made sure everything was in order including how to use app.

Their motto says it all "Customer Care- Community Support". They know their customers and communities and their employees are heavily involved in volunteering within the community!

I’ve never been to a Bank that was so helpful. Jenny helped us through every step without question. I would give 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars

Inside service has been great, but their drive thru service is horrible. Maybe they should consider having lobby hours on Saturdays so the drive thru customers can also receive quality customer service.

Ditto no one answers the phone.

I've called 4 times and used different options and NOBODY WILL ANSWER THE PHONE.
It's irritating!
