These guys are awesome! I came into town with an extreme problem. The exhaust on my vehicle was melting my jetski on my hitch hauler. I found two gentlemen outside after hours who stayed longer to help me redirect the exhaust past my jetski/hitch hauler in order to continue on with my travels. They were super helpful and saved my 20k jetski. These guys are absolutely the best 🥳🤘

We had vehicle problems while traveling to Deadwood and Murdo Ford, got us a “loaner” truck that we were able to transfer all our stuff into , AND hook up our trailer too and away we went! Then 4 days later we stopped back , picked up our repaired truck and returned our loaner! Wonderful service and a great outcome!! Thanks Murdo Ford!!

I was stranded between Mo and Idaho... So very lucky to find Murdo Ford where my Expedition acted up on me. Service was EXCELLENT and the crew was compassionate to my situation! They worked me in, found the problem and fixed me right up! They saved my life as far as I am concerned! Thank you all so much! They even dealt with my 2 cats and 1 burping dog while I waited for repair! Highly recommended!

Nick was very helpful. I came in with a loose heat shield on my Corolla. He quickly got it lifted, fixed the issue, and sent me on my way after about 15 minutes, free of charge! I offered to get donuts and coffee, but he declined. I would definitely return.

My daughter broke down outside of Murdo, SD. She was actually in that bleak and empty zone on I-90 where Wall was closer. But no one in Wall could tow her. So she called Murdo Ford. I just got the call from her... fast service- they got out and towed her quickly. They were professional and helpful and made her feel safe. My daughter is 20 yrs old and was all alone. The car had overheated into the red zone and was leaking (overflowing) fluid. I, dad, saw the opportunity to really hose my kid for lots of unnecessary repair charges. Nope. The total charge was $110, and that included the tow. She had just been low on antifreeze and had overheated. They even test drove it for 5 miles after the easy fix. Based on this experience... you can trust these guys. Thanks so much for taking care of my daughter. You guys rock.

My wife (6.5 months pregnant) and I broke down yesterday and we're able to get to Murdo. We drive a dodge and the alternator went out. We towed the car to Murdo Ford, the only place in town willing to take a look at it. Nick gave me a ride back to the hotel, took care of everything, and the car runs like a dream again. We had a small problem with our car and they were able to squeeze us in total cost was lower than what they quoted us at Chamberlain and car is working perfectly since then. They saved us during our trip.
