Had a previous appointment I couldn't be late for mind u ive scheduled this reservation weeks in advanced ending up being late due to them last minute scrambling for a ride for me. Today I have dental surgery that I cannot be late or miss. Had a 1130am pick up, called modivcare, again scrambling to find someone. Mind you I'm ha ing SURGERY, and the agent had the audacity to ask if I can be late...NO I CAN'T. I honestly cannot recommend them at all. If you have family or friends please ask them for rides because these incompetent assessments will make sure your late
