Easy five star review, rental car got a flat tire driving through a small town. Was in and out in under 30 minutes and that includes them having to fight with the locking lug nut which I lost the key for. Great service and thought the price was fair too. If you get stranded the area just give a call they'll get you back on the road quickly.

They are Amazing! We had a flat tire, and they came to our motel to inflate it so we could get to the shop. Within 20 minutes they had our tire repaired. The best part, tough was visiting with Mr. Venard. We got pictures of his son’s Monster Truck shell and a postcard of it to give our grandson who’s a huge fan!

Had my ATV repaired here. Kyle is courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and got multiple repairs done to my ATV in a very timely way. Five Stars without a doubt!

We had a tire blow out on us while traveling to our daughter’s state competition. These guys got us in and out of there so quickly, even while they were busy and shorthanded! So glad we didn’t have to miss out on watching our daughter! Very pleased with their customer service!

Tire pressure light came on after 8 pm. I saw leake. Called one brother who answered after hours to help and out of town. The other brother called back after I left message. Did not have to call back but did. Amazing customer service and advice after hours. Was able to follow advice get a quick fix to get where I needed before getting fixed in morning.

This place was great. We were on our way back to Wisconsin after vacation when those awesome Badlands roads left us with a punctured tire. We got to this place at the end of the day and this really nice gentleman squeezed us in even though the rest of the shop was out on a call and patched our tire and we were back on the road within 30 minutes. Thanks so much for the save! Good prices too!

Wow what great service these guys provided. We were standed on exit 191 at night. All pro towing towed our car to this place and by 8:30 am the car was fixed ready to go. We able to get on the road again and made it safely to our destination. AAA did very little to help but Venards was awesome.

We noticed we had a staple in our tire at the Pilot. From the time we called them about getting our tire fixed to being back on the road was 21 minutes! Nascar could take notes from these guys! Great service, very reasonable! Highly recommend!

I found myself in need of a new valve stem at 5:00 on a Saturday. A call was made and someone met me at the shop within 10 minutes! 20 minutes later I was back on the road. If I could give 10 stars I would, excellent service for someone in need. Thank you!!

FANTASTIC SERVICE. We found ourselves in a pinch with a tire while traveling. They went above and beyond to get us on our way. Friendly and fast!

We were traveling back on 4th of July weekend from Black Hills. We had a Blown rear tire, and were able to limp into the Truckstop in Murdo, and asked a Very Nice Highway Patrolman if he knew of anyone who could change our tire, he gave us the owner of venard Inc. number, which I called and he answered, and was Amazing! He Took time on the 4th of July sunday, opened his shop, and proceeded to replace our blown tire with our spare and then only wanted to charge us 26$ I wouldn't accept that and told him to please run it thru for 50$. I also promised I would tell everyone I knew what a wonderful person he was for doing this for us. As a small business owner I know how important Customer service is Could not be happier with the service we received from them! We need to keep Small businesses like this Around!

I can’t thank the guys that helped us out this morning. I called for 2 new trailer tires and within 15 minutes he had us all set and back on the road! Highly recommend this place!

Thank you for the quick and painless tire replacement! We were traveling through headed to Arizona when we lost the tread off one of our fifth wheel tires! We were able to get the spare on and get to Venard's and they got us back on the road in about a half hour!! Thank you again!!

I started the day with clues my battery in my Kia Optima was dying! We stopped at the Star Family Restaurant and had a good breakfast. I asked who I assumed was the Owner if he could recommend a Automotive Store! This gentleman said “sure, follow me and I’ll take care of you”.

2 minutes later we pulled into Venard and he tested my battery. Sure enough, the Test showed I had a very weak battery. Unfortunately he didn’t have the specific battery for my car but assured me I would make it to Sioux Falls, which we did. He would accept no money for testing my battery since as he said “I didn’t sell you anything!”

Great, super helpful guy! Just needed my lug nuts tightened and I was on my way. The address is wrong though turn left at the four way stop if you come from the high way instead of right drive about a mile and it will be on your right hand side.

We came into town with an oil pan shield problem secondary to an oil change earlier in our trip. We stopped here and they not only were most helpful but honest and fair. Would highly recommend them. Thanks for keeping our trip on schedule!
