Wow!! Chicago Style pizza like no other outside of Chicago! It is even better than the drinks that the mixoligist, Eric whips up! For that matter Rome's has great Italian food in a great atmosphere. And live music to boot!

Just stopped in for an afternoon respite and had this great Epic Brewery, Big Bad Bapist. It's wonderful to have such knowledgeable staff behind the bar. If you have a question about what to have, ask Eric!

Always a delicious meal at Roma's. They have had to scale back their menu due to supply chain issues and staffing capacity but there is still a wonderful selection of yummy food. They have a good beer selection and a basic salad bar. There is definitely enough food and drink to fill you up. The service is excellent and friendly. Also not super loud so you can hear each other talk.

We stopped here while we were in town since it’s been a few years (we came a long distance) and we’re very sad to see it was closed. The door wasn’t locked so we went in and startled the guy working here. I’m not sure what happened but we have fond memories of eating here and were bummed not to be able to. 5 stars are for the memories! Best of luck to you Romas.

I absolutely love their lasagna and they had it, along with pepperoni pizza, chili and swedish meatballs on the buffet for $1 less than the lasagna if I ordered it alone. It was amazing. Hubby really enjoyed the fish and chips and his beer was only about 50¢ more than my ginger ale! What a deal! Teresa was our waitress, has been for years. It's great to have such a wonderful waitress that is so good, they keep her on, even when the owner sells the restaurant. It'll be a sad day when she leaves!

Great food and the service was just as great. Their Chicago style pizza is one of our favorites, but this visit was a pasta meal. I love the manicotti and the chicken parmesan was very good too. Usually, they have really good Bloody Marys, but this visit would not fit into the "good" category. It was so boozy and not enough tomato juice. I paid $7+ for a drink that I was only able to choke down 2 sips of. That was a little disappointing, especially because a Bloody Mary was the deciding factor for our choice to dine here. Oh well, maybe next time will be better. The food was still worth the visit.

Love their food! Very delicious tasty & flavorful food. Their lunch buffet is very affordable and good. Only wish they'd change it up sometimes adding or trading different items for the buffet. Definitely a great place to dine. Very nice environment. Place is very clean and very home like setting.

Loved everything here! From the wine to the salad bar and both of our pasta entrees. Kelli was a wonderful server, the whole staff made us feel welcome. The live music was great! They played a nice selection of easy listening songs and it made our dinner just a little more special. Love that they support local artists. We will definitely be back soon!

My wife and I have been coming here for the last 16 years. Even through the changes they have always been a great destination and we always walk away stuffed with the thought of coming back next time! The wait staff is great! Love this place for the friendly staff and great food! Friday night music is great and not too long of a wait even when its busy. Only thing I wish they still had is the old Garlic Bread twists with the bar cheese for the salad bar. I'll take the craft beer selection as a good replacement though :)

Love the buffet. Great little salad bar, pizza, ribs and pasta. Soup is usually outstanding. Don't forget the garlic cream cheese on the salad bar. It goes great with the bread balls. Clean and friendly. Bathrooms are tiny and a bit of a challenge but you are not there for the bathroom. All you can eat fish special on Saturday night is a great deal. Love this local place.

Just had a graduation Open House here and the food and service were both excellent!! Staff was on top of everything and I didn't have to worry while hosting. We also served house wine and beer that they offered for additional cost. The guests were all happy and I was able to get in early to decorate which was a huge help. Thanks Eric, Martin, Sierra!!!! Would highly recommend!

Great place to get some grub. Italian themed menu and homely interior decor/staff. Clean dining area and food was nice and hot in the lunch buffet. No complaints at all. Reasonably priced for a sit in style restaurant. We will definitely be back.

Really, really tasty food and excellent service! We're from out of town a little ways but we'll definitely be back! We're definitely happy to support locally owned restaurants like this during these strange times.

I was in last night and the place was the busiest I've seen it in years. I didn't get a chance to eat because there was literally nowhere to sit but everything looked and smelled amazing. It's also a good place to visit if you enjoy craft beers!

I had the lunch buffet. It was nice because they had just opened. It musta been about 11:30. I was seated and my drink order was taken. They offered a soup, 3 entrees, many salad fixin's, a sliced bread and bread stick bites (whatever they are called they are yummy). It was worth the $. The gal that served us was on the ball and very kind. I will return.

We hosted a business gathering there and it went very well. The service was great and all details were managed fully. The food was tasty and portion size was adequate. I would recommend this establishment for a nice dining experience.

First time here. We went for the biffet but it wasn't for Saturday night. We were disappointed but stayed and ordered Chicago style pizza and salad bar. Salad bar was fresh and a nice selection . Impressed that a cream cheese garlic spread was on it!!! Homemade croutons also. The pizza was fantastic. Sauce was perfect. Not sugary sweet and not way spicy warm like other places. Pepperoni was great. Not greasy. Cheese and mushrooms plentiful and yummy. We will be going often now. Eager to try the buffet. Service was very good also. Only thing Iissed we're craisins on the salad.

New owner Erik has done great job with updating menu to more authentic cuisine.
Great staff and service.
We will be back.

Roma's is a great Italian restaurant. They are a very well established restaurant that I have been patronizing for over 30+ years. I do hope I am able to enjoy their fine menu for many years to come.
Everything on their menu is well prepared. They make a great pizza. Even a Chicago Style style if your so inclined. Just remember it will take just over 30 minutes to bake. However it is well worth the wait. I have tried many of their dishes, to which I have not been disappointed with a single one of them. My default choice off their menu is a calzone. They do not hold back on the fillings. I've never had one that I've had to send back for any type of problem.
The wait staff is exceptional. They are extremely courteous, helpful, & most of well attentive, which means you never have to flag down your server for anything, such as refilling your beverage, or being asked if your meal is delicious,
Your emptied plates are quickly removed from your table. To me, that always adds to a great dining experience, when your table is free of all things not needed.
Roma's is not a chain restaurant. Far from it. In fact one of their slogans is. "Friends don't let Friends eat at chain restaurants" And It shines brightly through on how well you are greeted when you first walk in the door, next how prompt your greeted by your wait-person, & the personal service throughout your meal (at least that is how they make me feel while I'm there) right through to the time your then again are greeted while you finish you visit at Roma's Back Door
I personally enjoy my dining experience at Roma's each and every time.
I most definitely do recommend Roma's Back Door restaurant to anyone looking for a good Italian restaurant, and maybe a nice mixed drink or beer, or even a glass of wine to complete your meal

Perfect place if you want carbs. Manager keeps one of the best ranges of beer on taps. The pasta is tasty. The pizza is some of the best in the area. I love going here.
