Great selection of meat with knowledgeable staff! This place is a must visit. I went in a second time, and tried the beef jerky. It is 20 out of 10 stars. Quite litteraly the best I've ever had. Spoke with staff and they were very thorough with explaining future plans. This place is only going to get better and I'm excited to see it here for a long time! 🐄

I don’t typically leave reviews but I’m a beef snob and this deserved the review. We’ve always ordered beef locally, however it’s a sad day when you run out of steaks. We’ve often resorted to other stores in the area for a beef fix, but the quality just never seems to live up to what we’re used to. These were by far the best steaks I’ve had from anywhere in the area. The quality was 100% worth the price. It was also refreshing to speak with employees who were very knowledgeable and willing to help. Will definitely be back!

I brought my family in to check it out. The guys said it was the best beef jerky they ever had. We bought some steaks and chicken. The prices were very reasonable and the fresh products were delicious. We will be regulars!

This place is the real deal! They have a fabulous variety of FRESH meat. The bone-in ribeye is literally the best I've ever had, the beef jerky is unbeatable, and the honey beef sticks are amazing. The staff aren't too shabby, either ;)

I drove by and saw the sign and was excited to see a meat market in town again. Then my neighbor recommend it to me the next day. So my wife and I walked downtown to see what they had. Everything looked tasty and well presented. We walked out with 2 meats and stuff to finish out the meal. Love the convenience of walking distance to the store.

Stopped in earlier this week and bought some hatchet steaks. (See picture) Asked some questions about some of the different cuts and everyone behind the counter was knowledgeable and friendly. The steaks turned out amazing! We will definitely be back soon to try some more!

Love this place, stopped in on Saturday and tried their beef jerky, chicken and bacon. Everything was delicious, have never had such tender chicken. Highly recommend you visit and discover how good fresh meat can taste!

Stopped in to check out the new meat market in town and was impressed! the space is absolutely beautiful and set up for a smooth walk through. The prices are great and quality looks to be great as well. We picked up some bacon for breakfast tomorrow, excited to try it. Awesome to have a quality place in town!

The quality of product is outstanding. Every batch of jerky is phenomenal. The bacon and double smoked bacon exceeded our expectations. Can’t say enough about the steaks, each cut to perfection and cooked up really nice. You come for the meat and stay for the service. The owners are warm and inviting and every employee makes you feel at home. Really feels like a family. A fantastic place and so happy to see this business thriving so soon. The Taphouse’s struck gold with this idea. It is exactly what Owosso needed.

Excellent meat selection, very friendly staff, and EXTREMELY clean. Just went in to peek and couldn't help but walk out with some bacon at the very least. As a person who enjoys cooking on the grill I'm very excited to have a good meat market in town.

I was in on their grand opening day. Great looking storefront! I purchased 2 New York strips, and a bag of beef jerky out of the meat case. It is amazing. You have to try the beef jerky! A nice selection of pickled items, from the usual olives and pickles, to pickled asparagus to green beans, and habanero pickled items, all in glass jars. Barbeque sauces that had no HFCS in them. So happy to see that. Some cheeses and salads, and some milk items. How nice to get fresh meat and the prices were on par with, and in some cases better than the chain stores. So happy to have this here.
