I get my Diabetic shoes and c-pap supplies here . Yvette and Erin are always friendly, helpful and professional. They make my trips there a pleasure instead of a chore .

I've used CPAP machine for nearly 10 years. Sobak's Home Medical has been very helpful in getting me set up and upgraded. They have also kept me up to date with supplies and monitoring my activity to assure I'm getting the most benefit from my CPAP. Great service.

Steve was wonderful. He took the time to explain everything and made sure all my questions were answered. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will get all my supplies at Sobaks.

The owosso store has nice people. The girl on the floor helped me get an ankle brace for my daughter. I’m glad they knew what to suggest.

In this time of the ending pandemic they were the only ones to have a scooter I was looking for. I called them on the phone to check if they had anything in stock. It was confirmed and I drove up.
I could not have had a better experience. They were all great. From the phone rep to the sales floor and the help from in back showing how to disassemble and put back again, even helping us load it in our car.
Would gladly recommend them.

I have had my CPAP from them for over three years now and a compression stocking prescription I get filled every 6 months. Everyone there has been great, I haven't had a single issue.

I have needed to deal with Sobaks extensively for my parents' home medical equipment needs. The level of personal service we have received goes so far beyond the typical, very impersonal customer service found at most companies today. Sobaks really seems to care about service and customer satisfaction. It so refreshing to work with them.

I went in there today with a prescription. There were very helpful with finding me the right size and and adequate support of the product that I needed. I was in and out in no time.

As a CPAP user my local Dr advised I go to Sobaks. The initial fitting went ok but when the recommended mask didn't work, it was impossible to get back in touch with the registered CPAP staffer. He gave me his card and said if I needed anything call. Several calls, voice mails... after 2 weeks nothing. I went back in and the front desk staff attempted to rectify my issue, even though I requested the services of the certified fellow..he wasn't available.. My issue did not get resolved and I had to deal with a misfit mask. After more visits to the front desk (and asking to meet with the certified guy, eventually speaking with who I believe was the owner) finally the issue was taken care of. The excuse that he never returned calls or could meet was that he was very busy, covering multiple stores..

Part two - the phone staff. I've reached the same person several times calling about reordering equipment (including the fiasco mentioned above) and she she is always very short, and quick to get me off the phone. A call placed 2.7.23 was no exception - the rep sounded like it was a bother to place my order. I work in customer service on a professional level. If I handled customers in this fashion I'd be bounced out the door!
I used to use Hart Medical in Lansing but switched to the local Sobaks per my dr request. Hart's service was great, never an issue in 5 years. Thinking it's time to switch back. Love supporting local business but these folks seriously don't have it together...

Just received my CPAP supplies today 3/25/2022 wrong size mask wrong size head gear. Took two calls to get them to send to the proper city . Think I will be looking for a different supply company.

Had a nice experience with Leanne (that's the name on my receipt). However, I believe I just caught the woman on the phone that made her way into all the negative reviews. Wow, they are not kidding she was actually mean. I would feel uncomfortable returning to this business.
