Amazing experience! We walked into the bike shop not sure what we wanted. We worked with Josh and he had us try multiple style bikes and helped us narrow down our search by listening to what we liked and didn’t like about each bike we tested. We landed on duel sport bike that fit us perfectly! He also walked us through all accessories we were interested in and pointed us to what would fit our needs. Josh also showed us how to use our bike rake that we recently purchased from a garage sale! We will be customers for life.

Amazing bike shop. They take the time to figure out exactly what the customer needs/wants. Very friendly, while not afraid to convey their knowledge fort topic at hand, which was very impressive. Highly recommend, great place!

Amazing customer service. We walked in not really sure what we wanted. Josh showed us around and showed us multiple styles of bikes and had us test drive them after narrowing our search, we landed on a couple of dual sport style bikes. They helped us find the accessories we would need that best suited our needs. He even showed us how to use the bike rack that we found at a yard sale. We stopped at a hardware store to get bungee cords and he stopped to see if we needed any help on his way home. Would definitely recommend the shop to anybody looking for a nice bicycle.

They are just the best. Small town feel, great prices, and they are absolute experts in all things bicycles. It’s a mix of a throwback barbershop and a top of line service department.

Great shop! I love the atmosphere while looking at bikes and getting information. Bought my fat tire bike last year and don't regret it for one second. Always going to be my go to shop for repairs, purchases, or tune ups!

Exceptional service! My fiance and I went into this shop looking for cruiser bikes and within minutes we both found ones that we loved! The bikes were decently priced and the service was so worth every penny. The gentlemen who helped us were all very nice, helpful and educated on all things bikes.
Support small buisness like this if you are looking to get bikes, maintenance or parts. You can't get this kind of service just anywhere.

Even though the owners of places like this are a Dying Breed they are gold for people that have spent thousands of miles on a bike since childhood due to the fact of not being able to afford a Car Plus being able to transverse through a city quicker than a car.
There's not many of these dudes left in America I met one in Nebraska and another one in Michigan but not many of them left it was one of the best things about moving into this town in the first place .

This place has been a great place to shop for decades. I know my first purchase was back in the 1970s, I still ride that Fuji. Then the Schwinn jogging strollers in the 1990s. Still use those too. They sell great stuff and there service department is the best. Thanks for running a great shop.

Best of the best when it comes to your bicycle needs and repairs! Family owned and operated.. customer service so good you'll feel like family! Don't be shy, stop in and check them out, if they don't have what you're looking for they can get it. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a bicycle, very helpful with any and all questions you could have and have never let me down with recommendations on accessories for all my biking wants/needs!

My husband & I purchased new bikes for each other for our 36Th wedding anniversary. Our first bicycles we had from HOWs were retiring as they were 35yrs old & after multiple rides all over the state we felt it was time. All the staff that we've dealt with since the beginning has been & done exceptional in every way by us. Rick being their Mentor - how else could our experience have turned out. Amazingly Outstanding!! Thank you All!!!

Purchased a bike here and not only got a great deal but the staff were super helpful and really took their time to answer all of my questions. There was no pressure to buy any extras along with the bike. Super happy.
