Hands down the BEST Verizon location my husband and I have visited! This is such a cute store; it smells good, was well stocked and the music was good vibes 🙌🏼 Paulina was such an amazing help to us and we are so grateful for her assistance. We made some adjustments to our account and upgraded our phones. Paulina made our visit so easy and comforting! She was transparent with the process and answered all of our questions with patience and ease. Thank you so much for a great customer experience!✨

Edit: We returned the following weekend to pick up a few new devices and activate them. The store manager assisted us this time and was fantastic to work with! He is humorous and on point with knowledge and services! He and Paulina make a great team, greeting each person who walks into the store and working with them efficiently. I couldn't say enough good things about this location and I definitely recommend them over anybody else! Thank you so much again✨
