Loved this place! Good and authentic Mexican food. Varied menu. Reasonable prices. Free chips and salsa. Good service. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. Convenient location and parking. Will go there again when I pass through Brainerd.

Went for the margaritas and stayed for the food. $30 bucks for a pitcher, and it was very well made. Tex mex food was pretty decent. Next time, I'll be getting the fajitas. The table over got it, and the smell and sizzle were delightful.

I had heard of this place via the grapevine and thought I would check it out. From the minute we walked in it was excellent! The waiters were cordial and prompt yet not pushy. The atmosphere was friendly, not loud. The menu is extensive! We ordered and it was like we had ordered before we got there. It was hot and oh so delicious! The servings were large. You won’t go away hungry! The place was exceptionally clean. That was our first visit, the second visit was as good as the first if not better! We’re going back fir sure. Great place to dine out!

Nice sized restaurant with lots of different food options. Ordered 3 different foods plus 1 side, and it all had great flavor. We also asked for extra spicy for the camarones a la diabla, and they actually made it spicy, which was awesome.

They have a nice sized dining area, so if you want to dine in with a larger group, this would be a great place to check out.

Great food love this place. Only issue is when I paid with my card and left a tip on the card they double charged my total instead of just taking off the tip I put on the receipt. Most likely just an honest mistake. I'll use cash next time but will definitely be back. Best rice and beans around.

We loved that the salsa had some spice. The meat was sliced thinly in the fajitas and was really tender. The carnitas were trimmed really well. We’ll be back!

We will go back! Friendly staff, great food with generous portions. The chicken fajitas were really good. They said they opened in April 2018. It is located downtown Brainerd. They have plenty of space to accommodate large groups.

Absolutely the BEST authentic Mexican food we have had EVER. The atmosphere felt just like we stepped off the ship in Mexico and dining on vacation.

We had the Fajitas for 2 included Shrimps, Beef, Chicken and the BEST slow roasted Pork I’ve ever tasted in my life. Incredible - If you want a fantastic dining experience with friendly service, this is the place to be and very affordable. A+ Miguel!

The owners are very welcoming, the wait staff is attentive and the food is delicious! The "fajitas for one" portions are HUGE -- more than enough food for two people with the biggest appetites to finish...split it and just ask for extra tortillas. See attached photos

Went to this unique and welcoming restaurant for lunch for the first time. The staff took time to ask what I would like and tailored a meal to fit my vegetarian preference. I have to say this is one of the best experiences I have had in a restaurant in the Lakes Area! Food was full of flavor, served hot and large servings.

I really like the food, the people, and the atmosphere of Senor Patron. I do find myself choosing to tip excessively, especially since I'm Taco Tuesday as 99-cent tacos which are both amazing and inexpensive. I want the waitress to get a fair wage for her work.

I loved the variety of their menu, many different options and each dish was Full of flavor. Short staffed, but so is everywhere else... We had an excellent waitress, the kitchen staff was on point with pushing orders out! Overall, its a great place to try!

Everything is delicious! Service is so friendly and attentive every single time. Cozy atmosphere and feels welcoming. Can wait until we go back again!

The fajita nachos are my absolute favorite! The prices are fair and you get so much food. The free chips and salsa, I could probably just have that for dinner.. lol So good.

The name escapes me, but I believe it is a cheesecake I usually get that is also brilliant.

They're always really kind about making exceptions too, I don't try to do it often because it may be seen as rude, but if I do, they're the best about it when I do take out.
