We faced not one but two water clean up emergencies that Tyson and his crew handled for us. The first was a frozen water pipe on the second floor of our home that saw water damage all the way to the basement. Our insurance company connected us with PuroClean and I'm glad they did. Their crew was prompt to respond and did a great job getting walls and ceilings opened up, fans and dehumidifiers situated around the home to get everything dried out and worked with the insurance company to get them detailed information about the extent of the damage for reimbursement cost.
Nine months later during the most significant rainfall I can recall, we found our basement underwater for the first time in 18 years. Tyson and his crew again got here as quickly as possible, pumped the water out, set up fans and dehumidifiers, relocated items in the basement and removed water logged boxes for us to go through to see what could be saved. Every couple days they would return to monitor the moisture until everything was dry. Tyson and his crew are nothing but professional in the way they go about their work. If you're ever faced with a big clean up situation you won't go wrong calling PuroClean to give you some peace of mind.

I am happy to add a 5-Star review of Puroclean of Strafford County, because they deserve such a rating. We're still in process with our insurance company for our claim for water damage and subsequent mold mitigation, but what Puroclean has done for us thus far has been remarkable. When we get the go ahead to continue with necessary repairs following the mitigation, I am making the call to Puroclean. I am confident you will have a positive experience if you call upon their services.

Ciara and Brandon were absolutely amazing! I had a very bad flood at my home yesterday (2.5 feet of water throughout the basement/yard) and they were at my door before I was this morning. They inspected the yard and basement with me, gave me a rundown of their game plan, and then went to town!

They both were professional, beyond nice, wore all appropriate PPE/safety gear and communicated everything they were doing as they went. I can’t thank them both enough and I’m happy that I went with you folks!

They’re great assets to your company and deserve a raise or some paid vacation time after what they accomplished at my home today!

Tyson was very professional and was great about walking through the restoration process. His team that came worked fast, clean and was dog friendly. I wish more companies were like Tyson's.

We can’t say enough about PuroClean….everyone including Tyson, the owner, Randy, Ben & Zach were so nice as well as professional! They saved our hardwood floors after a “fire hose” flood from a washer as well as evaluating damage to our basement. Together with Allstate our new home has sustained no lasting damage! Much appreciated guys!!

Wow! On very short notice these guys came out and saved the day! Kitchen and dining needed to be emptied, including all appliances. They came with all the packing supplies and muscles needed for the job. I'm so impressed with them and would highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with PuroClean. My wife and I recently moved into a house that was owned by a long-time smoker. We had 20 years of nicotine on the walls, floors, and ceilings -- a smell that could knock you flat when you walked in the door. It was smoke damaged to the point where one cleaner we talked to suggest scrapping the whole thing and replacing all the walls and ceilings before we could even start painting.

Distraught by this assessment, I looked for a second opinion from a cleaner that specialized in cigarette smoke and found PuroClean. Tyson came out for the inspection, gave me a frank, to-the-point estimate (very refreshing when dealing with contractors), provided me with a couple of different options, and proceeded to put his team to work.

These cleaners are miracle-workers. Hannah and the others removed the carpet, degreased and deodorized the walls, cleaned the appliances and shelving, washed the windows, and probably handled a million more things I'm neglecting to mention. The walls took on their original paint color. The overwhelming smell of smoke was essentially gone. It was as if the house grew 20 years younger over the course of a couple of days. My wife and I couldn't believe our eyes (or noses) -- the elements of the house we fell in love with shone through brighter than ever, and our biggest worries had evaporated.

On top of that, Tyson even came back through to make sure that nothing was missed in the cleaning process!

Every person I've dealt with through PuroClean has been kind, communicative, professional, and capable. Every time I've had a question about cleaning (including cleaning on my own), Tyson has been there to offer helpful advice. Miranda, meanwhile, has been a delight to work with regarding payment and scheduling. I would recommend PuroClean of Strafford County to anyone dealing with smoke or, frankly, anything else that needs cleaning.

I only wish the rest of the project could have been done by his team because they were so quick, thorough and professional. He actually cares about his clients too.
