Tough Tymes Grille and Pub

Had the Reuben on rye, french onion soup, jalapeno poppers, chicken Parmesan bites. Chicken Parmesan bites were good, basically Italian bread crumbs coated bite size chicken pieces with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on them and Marina for dipping(a little more Parmesan cheese would've made them perfect). French onion soup was very strong and flavorful but it was a good flavor and well made. The Reuben on rye was perfect! The jalapeno poppers were basically what you expect with cream cheese filling. Overall very good meal. Wonderful waitress was fast, attentive and timed her table visits perfectly. Food was quick from the kitchen. Atmosphere was casual and friendly. My friends had diet Cokes with their meals and said they seamed a bit watery. We all agree we'd be going again.

We go here about once a month to meet up with some friends. Never had a bad meal, food is always great. Traditional tavern food: burgers sandwiches, even full entrees. My favorite are the club sandwiches. Not the fanciest place, just decent food at very reasonable prices, and great friendly service.

Friendly atmosphere, great prices. I've had numerous dishes here and they've all been consistently good. I really enjoy the prime rib.

Come on. That's not what you really care about here. This is a local Bar & Grill and they are just fine. Nice variety of beers on tap.

Yes, it is a dark bar/pub atmosphere, and yes, they are typically understaffed for the number of people that are in there, but there is a reason for the number of people in there, and that is because the food is so good. I've been trying out all the local food joints in the area, and Cooper Hill (for pizza and a french fry melt) and Tough Tymes (for everything else) are definitely the best places around.

Im rating this 5 stars because if you're lookimg for a home town locals place to chill for a couple hours with a beer, this place is great. The service is friendly, the patrons polite and all having fun and the BBQ here rocks. If you're looking for some fluffy upscale gay martini bar or restaurant, go back to Boston.

this is the BEST place for chili. the atmosphere is great along with the owner and wait staff. Best prices for the food, quality, and quantity.
If you love prime rib go for the gargoyle cut you won't believe what you see!!!
