Nate’s Place (Formerly Bill's Diner)

I travel all over the country for work and sometimes I just want some country food this was a hands down some of the best food I have ever had in the entire United States. Even the water was better than anywhere else you guys really really do a great job thank you so much for your amazing food.

Very friendly place. The closest thing to a home-cooked meal. Service is fantastic, especially when Server Brandie is there. She is quick, and has attention to detail. Having grace under pressure and making others feel welcome and comfortable is also part of Brandie's Southern charm. Great place to eat!!

Just driving around and decided to stop. So glad we did. Great service, great selection of food too. Both our meals were delicious. Will definitely recommend and go back

-Staff were friendly, fast and fun
-Customers seemed like familiar locals mostly (good sign in my book)
-Food...large portions (mine was enough for 2), served hot, presented well and soup was homemade
-Cost was reasonable and they offer senior discount (10%)
- Location on main thoroughfare in town, plenty of parking

Had a quick lunch with friends. Service and food were great.

Stopped here on our way back from Utica. I had a pancake and BLT. I barely finished mine. Boys had chicken parmigiana!! It was all delicious! Waitress was attentive and polite. Definitely recommend.

Simple menu. Well done. Had eggs and toast, wife had poached eggs that were pretty solid. Nice to have a consistent offering in Norwich for breakfast.

My family of 4 had a little bit of everything, from eggs, to mozzarella sticks, to chicken fingers, to a burger. We all agreed on a five star review. Good food, good prices, very nice staff.

Love this diner, the people are great and the food is superb!

Loved it! The best Reuben sandwich I’ve had in a long time. The fries were made fresh and I just couldn’t stop eating them. But I did stop eating them when they were gone. Burger was cooked to order, just right. The hot cocoa was delicious and creamy. The diner itself doesn’t look like much, but the food is impressive.

The food is phenomenal and basically when the weather takes your order and go straight back to the Cook and the cook is really really faster cooking your food and it comes out like piping hot which I love other than that you guys are pretty much doing an excellent job and keep up the good work thank you and have a nice day bye

Spacious luncheonette. The chicken cordon bleu was very good.
