J & J Furniture in North Norwich/Sherburne is such a GREAT furniture store to shop at! The quality of furniture and selection was fantastic, and the prices were affordable too! The customer service I experienced while I was there was OUTSTANDING. The General Manager Terri Slater was so helpful and friendly, and she provided excellent service while I was shopping. She answered all of my questions I had, and was VERY PATIENT and not pushy at all like some sales people can be. She was also so knowledgeable about the furniture and services they offered at J &J which was so helpful to me. All of the Sales Associates there were also very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable as well. I was very happy with my experience I had there and will ABSOLUTELY come again anytime I need quality furniture with great customer service!
