DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS.

We brought a car in for a tune-up prior to leaving on a family trip. Our car broke down 9 hours away from home and we were left with a bill over a grand. We have it in writing from a certified ford dealership mechanic that the failure was due to the spark plugs being manually tightened. We brought the paperwork to route 45 to discuss what type of compensation could be offered... not looking for much. They are refusing to even discuss partial refund of original work.

Untrustworthy, dishonest, and just plain bad business. I would give negative stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
