McDonald's

This is the BEST McDonald's we have ever ate at. The fries are always hot! The food is always good. The staff are (almost) always friendly, and helpful. They have a lady that walks the dining room and checks on the guest. I've never received that kind of customer service at any McDonald's. Thank you all for your hard work!

I often stop here for a coffee in the morning. Coming from Lima, OH and having those McDonald's to compare.. I am blown away how efficient and courteous this team handles daily business. It is never a long wait, my order is always correct and to top it off they shine with enthusiasm on welcome and exit. Keep up the great work!!!!

Very clean and quiet.

We had a very large order considering we were taking food to a gathering. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The last minute large order was handled perfectly.

Usually, they have friendly staff, and they work hard to provide fast service. Food is good and I'm out of that drive through within 10mins

Visit here sometimes on my way to work. Simply put, they keep the drive thru moving!

Visited here on 11-5-2023 and it was not the best. Buns were stale, burgers were overcooked and not very warm and fries were not even warm. And chicken nuggets were overcooked and not warm. Maybe I will have better luck next time. This has always been my best McDonalds to visit and eat at, but not today.

So my daughter's nuggets were so organized 🙂 my burger was also very "pretty" and not sloped together like most McDonald's I've been too. Great job!!

Absolutely fantastic crew you got here. Friendly efficient kind and takes a moment to make you really feel welcome. You can also tell the team likes working here and working with each other! Great atmosphere and lots of smiles. Amy really has a great group of people at this store. I hope McDonalds gives her recognition for running the restaurant so smoothly!!! Great experience all the way around.

Fastest service in the area. Food always hot and consistent. Staff always smile and says thank you.

My Mc Frappe was made so perfect today and the cup set it off.. so cute. Also my son enjoyed his 🍟 and nuggets.

The Wapakoneta McDonald's is by far the best around! They're quick at the drive through and always get our order right! We're always met with smiling faces when we go there!

Excellent fast food restaurant. Always makes and serves the food really fast, amazing service and customer care. Occasionally have ice cream machine issues but they fix it a lot faster than all other McDonald’s I’ve been to. 5 star restaurant and would 10/10 recommend going to the Wapakoneta restaurant.

This McDonalds in Wapakoneta, OH is the most efficient McDonalds I have ever visited. I arrived at a peak time. There were A LOT of vehicles in the drive-through; 6 cars in each of the two lines, and more than that leading up to the windows where the lines merged. Less than 3 minutes from the time I got on line until the time I received my order. The cashers were professional and friendly.

Always on point, food is fresh and hot and the staff are kind and friendly. There is such a kind young lady that works the drive thru front window in the morning. Though everyone is always great and kind at this store I must give her a shout out. If you read this you know who you are!!!! GOOD MORNING HOWEH!!
