Protector Storage of Elyria

Hello folks that use storage units for multiple purposes. I am of the utmost respect for the Protector Storage Company on Lake Ave in Elyria. They were so considerate in regards to being late 3 times before paying. I told them my story of why I was late paying and not to put the unit on the auction protocol and they (Employee/Manager Shadia) went against protocols to caretake for me and my belongings.

I think it’s a little pricey. Linda is very helpful in getting my payments made. Easier to text her than log online and pay that way.

I called someone hang on me, I was leaving the place to other storage, but I was a old customer about 10 years ago and I want this place, I decide to call again and Shadia this employee the best of the world how I was treat, how she talk to me, how helpful she was, this is what we need and anyplace we call 200% Customer Service what a beautiful person this make me always refer people to this storage, I was crying because I lost my job, and she calm me down. If I had a Company I will hired Shadia pretty sure she will make my company have successful how she treat customers and for everything she’s so fast before you ask or need something she there with what you need, ever in my life had a great experience of AWESOME customer service Hope she’s the Manager. ❤

This is my go to storage! Great and caring people that always seem to fit me in on my schedule with the unit that works best for me. Much appreciated. Highly recommend

Great place for storage good prices but the customer service and phone support is horrible. Would be nice if you can just go there and rent or talk to somebody on site. I have rent here for many years.

Customer service is friendly, prompt, and very satisfactory with my questions. The storage areas and surroundings are clean and easy to access.

Agent Shadia, was very helpful. Made the process of renting a unit , quick and easy. I am always pleased with location. That is why I am a returning customer.

This place has the best employees. They put customer satisfaction first. Any problems or concerns are promptly and thoroughly resolved. I had an incident where a double payment was charged to my account and within minutes of me reporting it Inna from Protector Storage had it resolved. She was quick, courteous, and efficient. We've had a storage with them for years and look forward to many more years. Thank you all!

Miss Shadia is very helpful with renting storage just we get trouble with call conversations because of issues with line other then everything is perfectly done nicely with Miss Shadia.

So glad I chose Protector Storage. I was greeted with kindness and all my questions and concerns were answered. Check in was fast. I noticed camera screens in the office so that was a great sense of security for my belongings. My storage unit looked new. Easy access with my trailer. I liked the fact it had 12' ceilings. The receptionist Alicia is a wonderful person for the business she is very knowledgeable with tremendous people skills for the customers I would recommend her to any of my acquaintances and family

The folks managing this business were friendly, interested in what I was looking for and took me out to look the property over. They quickly answered my questions and wrote up my contract. They send a happy, friendly reminder that my payment is coming up and I have 24 hour 7 days a week access. I easily can reccomend anyone to use this clean, safe business

My name is Marj Grainer and I rented a storage space at the Elyria Lake Ave address in October of this year. I made all of the arrangements with Alicia. I loved the storage unit for our motorcycle s for the winter. I have a Trike and found it hard to back my bike into the unit because of the steepness and cement lip. I spoke with Alicia and she located another unit that was perfect and assured us it would be the same special promotion price. We received our first auto deduct payment and I noticed the charge was incorrect. I called and left a message for Alicia. She got back to me immediately and said she would correct the problem. She is very efficient at her job and I’m very happy with your company. I hope you know what a great employee you have. Thank you.

If you’re in need of affordable storage, I highly recommend to go to Protector Storage and see Alicia. She is very professional about the pricing of units and explaining the process. I used the outside storage for a spare vehicle and I had no damage or problems. The facility is in a great location and is protected by a coded gate and security cameras. Great job Alicia, if i need anything in the future I will be back.
