I cannot say enough good things about this branch!!! Scott and Melissa were very helpful and had all the answers I needed. I just recently became a customer and everything has been great, and their security software is shown as one of the best in the industry. I am very satisfied with all services and would recommend this bank, and especially Lorain branch, for superior customer service with a genuine smile!

The people have always been great & very helpful. My only complaints are 1. They need to build on so there are more drive thrus, & 2. The ATM seems to always either be malfunctioning or not able to dispense any cash.

The ATM is super SLOOOOWWWW! It seems like it takes forever to complete a transaction. They also don't empty the ATM enough, so depositing anything is unavailable a lot of times.
