Selection is great with vegetarian and vegan options that are not compromising or imitation type foods. The drink options at the bar are a good mix, but didn't try any being on lunch from work. Definitely will go back and try all the different options and update this when I do!

Went after work today ... Thursday. Mind you I work 76 hours a week. Monday through Thursday 10 hours and Friday through Sunday 12 hours. So when I went here today I can say... I have found my winter spot. It's a shame I can only give five stars. Not only was the atmosphere great, the food great but the sever interaction with the people was outstanding. 10🌟's

Can't wait to return! Went for the Tuesday soft opening and it was delicious. Everyone on staff was super friendly, the owner even came to our table to see how our experience was. It is wonderful to have a place with delicious vegetarian options, very uncommon in Elyria. Not to dissuade the carnivores, they have plenty of meat options as well, but vegetarians can rest easy knowing that they will be able to eat more than side dishes. I had the veggie chili, hummus, and sweet chili tofu tacos and all were amazing. Tofu was fried crispy and perfectly! Seriously go try this place!

Wonderful place, delicious food, incredible people. It was a refreshing change from all the hustle and bustle of corporate restaurants that simply want you in and out. Looking forward to going back and trying the other stuff on the menu.

Amazing food! The fried avocado taco and the Caribbean steak are incredible. I could seriously eat here every day.

Finally a healthy option for Elyria! One of the owners, Mike, happened to be my server and he was amazing. Super helpful, answered all my questions, and I had a few because I live a Paleo lifestyle. I had the Cajun shrimp bites, delicious! I can finally eat local and support a small business owner at the same time!

Absolutely fantastic! Very delicious and creative vegan options that are very reasonably priced. Which it's rare to find. Very cool menu that you can either choose their creations or customized your own meal by way of a laminated menu and dry erase marker. You can take your time picking and choosing options without feeling pressured by having someone standing there waiting or having who ever you're with waiting on their turn. And when you're done you just hand it over. They are very friendly and ready to help you with whatever you need. Great atmosphere! I highly recommend starting off with their avocado fries. Extremely tasty! Thank you Bistro On Taylor Street! We shall return!

Some of the best vegan/vegetarian i’ve had! it was so good, we had a group of four and the service was amazing and quick. the food was so good and amazing for the price. i HIGHLY recommend the sweet chili tofu, it was amazing. Everything was clean and organized, our waitress was amazing and sweet, overall i highly recommend and it was great, i will definitely be back.

Ordered take out today for the first time and was extremely pleased. From phone to pick up the girls were super friendly and polite. They even waited till I arrived to make my smoothie so that it was fresh. Will definitely be back.

Great: The food and service. We tried quite a bit on the menu, tacos, a bowl, avacado toast, juice, mixed drink, and it was all really amazing. The spicy options weren't too hot, and had a lot of flavor. The fried avacado and fish tacos were particularly great. The server was very busy and kept her cool, which was impressive given the conditions. She also clearly knew the menu and communicated orders well.

Mild criticism: there were a few things, but really none of this was a problem if you consider they're still in a "soft open" stage. They were a little under staffed, the food didn't all come out at the same time, it took a while for food to come out, prices on the menu didn't match the bill (only $2 for the mixed drink); little things that should be expected for any new place. As long as you're understanding, it shouldn't negatively affect your experience.

Rough: They definitely need a better A/C system. We were there early, and it was warm from the get go. When the place filled up, and it did get really busy, it only got hotter. If they continue I expect they'll be successful enough to upgrade their system.

Overall, I'm looking forward to going back and very much recommend it.

I had the sweet chili tofu bowl and it was amazing! All of the ingredients had very fresh and bold flavors. My wife had the grilled shrimp salad and loved it, especially the dressing. I walked out feeling satisfied but not bloated or lethargic. The pricing was very reasonable at between$10-13 for most entrees. The service staff was a little overwhelmed at times, but I attribute that to a new restaurant and believe it will remedy itself. They did bring popcorn to the table at no cost so it's not as if we were left to starve. I look forward to dining here again soon and exploring more of the menu, it's a fantastic option for dining.

This is an excellent restaurant starting off with a very very different experience in the menu selection. Great selection in regard to meat eaters vegetarian eaters, etc., you must try this you will not be disappointed, I don't believe. I'm going back just neat and different flavors. Oh and the service was warm and friendly. Make It A Great Day.

Very well lit and family friendly place. The waiters greet you almost immediately and the cooks are so kind as well! So many healthy food choices that taste amazing and will fill you up. Worth every penny spent!

We ordered take out from here twice. It was ready on time. The service was great and the people are nice. The food was excellent. I hope they expand their menu soon.

Very good food. Many variations for your entrees

We each had the Surf & Turf Bistro Bowl with Tofu Bites appetizer. We both found it to be very tasty. Inviting decor, above average service. Nice place for a special meal at reasonable prices ($32 excluding drinks)

First visit was this evening and this is already a "go to" place for us. Food was fresh, tasty and abundant. Atmosphere is friendly, welcoming and efficient. Impressively clean and sparkling. Avacado fries are genius and delcious! Smoothie was excellent, but a bit on the small side for $5. Overall, one of the top four places to eat within 10 miles of Elyria, for sure.

Healthier options than most places in the area. Food was delicious, decent portions and friendly service. You have the option to "build your own" taco, salad, or bowl. I will definitely go back!
