I just came back in for the third time with Victoria. I am not computer literate. I have very little understanding I am a senior citizen Army Veteran...
Victoria has carried me through everything from buying my new phone to how to use it to work she's so delightful and so. Knowledgeable with what she does? I don't do these review things. I don't do these review things I did one 10 years ago. But I found myself obligated to Victoria with t-mobile. They should be proud to have an employee like her. I wish I could higher 10 Victorias to work for me.
You guys keep up to good work. Oh buy the way I've had phones with you T-mobile for over 30 years now. God bless thank you so much...

All employees have been extremely competent and kind....always willing to help....very open to assisting customers. The one employee that stands out is Victoria! She goes above and beyond ALL OF THE TIME to help and gets back to you. Her quiet efficiency is remarkable!

The staff is extremely helpful especially Victoria. She was so helpful with my purchase and made the experience topnotch. I have worked with other Tmobile stores in Connecticut and RI. This store is the best.

5 stars! Im in my 40’s and this is the first time I have ever left a an online review for anything! I took the time to do so because of the “above and beyond service” that I received. I have a large family plan and the different plans confuse me to say the least. Both Connor and Tori spent close to an hour helping me understand my options while managing to help other customers that came in. I ask a lot of questions…. Too many questions hahah. Neither seemed to get frustrated with me. They are either the best actors on the planet, or they were genuinely happy to help. Either way, this was a breath of fresh air compared to every other retail business that I go into where employees are just looking at the clock, or their phone or they just make you feel like they want you to go away! I had planned to leave a review, but the push was that I just stopped in again to make another change. Connor and Caroline were working. Same thing. Pleasant, happy and most importantly helpful. I was in and out in 10 minutes. If anyone at T-Mobile reads this… I hope you know that you have the dream team. And if I owned this type of business I would be trying to poach them! but really, all kidding aside. You don’t see this type of work ethic, attitude, and level of service anymore… especially after Covid.

Both Connor and Tori went ABOVE and beyond to help with a less than ideal situation. I broke my phone visiting my daughter from out of state. Rather than selling me a phone I did not need, they did everything in their power to resolve my issue.

They reminded me that there are good humans out there who do indeed want to help because it’s the right thing to do. Thank for making an exhausting day a whole lot sweeter!

Victoria is awesome at her job, super sweet and great at comparing all the different prices and explaining the difference between phones and services!

I broke my phone's screen and both Connor and Caroline were extremely helpful going through my options and ultimately getting a new phone

Noah was very helpful in Westerly & sent me to South Kingstown to get the phone I requested. Phil in South Kingstown set up the phone with ease. Would recommend T-Mobile it has great coverage.

1/8/21 Customer service is excellent at the T-Mobile store in South County Commons in
Wakefield, RI. Syed, who is the store’s owner and who waited on me, was very patient, helpful,
informative, understanding of my needs and willing to answer my questions in a sincere, friendly manner. All in all, a great business experience, for which I am grateful.

Had questions about our plan and the representative answered our questions so we understood everything.

The gentleman went WAY above and beyond to help me.

I wish I had his name but he said he was working there for 21 years well for T-Mobile and he was great helped and got what I needed done without excuses or reasons why I couldn’t be done he did it and I like to give him way more than five stars if I could but they only have five stars so thank you sir

Excellent manager was swamped but was able to give individual attention by multitasking. Had to call T-Mobile to get fixed. Beautiful phone and tablet. Highly recommend

The employees here were very nice and understanding. They answered all our questions and were very polite, even though we'd been in the store for a while trying to figure the phone out. We dealt with Noah and Faiq and I was very happy with the service.

If you want to get anything actually done and in a timely manner come to this store. The manager Todd is a wizard with all things T-Mobile and will get you squared away

Nudrat an Danish were great! They were knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. Nudrat spent a significant amount of time with us on an issue that arose, and handled it professionally and efficiently. Thanks to Nudrat, T-Mobile is our new mobile provider.

Todd had the patience of a saint and is very skilled with the IPhone XR. Know I can always reach out for his assistance. Faiq was also helpful.
