The Home Depot

Staff was very helpful. Store has almost anything one could need for the home. Large parking, handicap accessible. A friend and I were looking at appliances. With the help of a lady staff she found what she was looking for and ordered it with arrangements for delivery.

marco at home depot in lewiston id did a righteous deal for us . we bought a new lawn mower 6 weeks ago, 2 weeks past the return time, and started hearing noises in the engine. we called and they switched it out for a new one immediately. most stores wouldnt take such good care of their customers. a huge thank you to marco and home depot!

We had a plumbing problem and found everything we needed and more at the local home Depot and they are open late which is convenient for people that work a 9 to 5

I spend a lot of time at Home Depot especially this one and the people are always helpful and nice, and they are huge fans of veterans!!

Very helpful staff and the whole store is clean, very organized and easy to find everything we needed.
It's fun just to browse around the store and enjoy all of the seasonal products that are on display.
Quite an enjoyable experience.
I'm going to order a whole new bathroom from wall to wall
Including a new toilet just to update our older trailer home.
Also a doorbell Cam at the front of the property.

Beanie helped my dad and me with a toilet project, and was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful! Got the entire project done in ten minutes thanks to his help.

I totally forgot to do the online survey and the link expired but I picked up an online order on 10/13/23, Whitney and Braden were both so friendly and helpful and made the entire pickup process very smooth and easy. Hopefully they both see this.

You have to look at this store like a mall with many stores. There is people in certain departments that are amazing to work with and others that are not so much. Overall Lewiston Home Depot has treated me pretty good . Always good with returns, no questions asked.

Had to pay a lot in taxes today and was in a terrible mood- terrible day! The Home Depot employees were super helpful, kind, and made my day more enjoyable! It was the man at the pain section and the gal at checkout. I didn’t catch their names. They rock!

The store is clean and well lit.

Contrary to popular belief, you can find help here! Some days, we get asked "Can we help you find anything?" 3 or 4 times in a visit. Maybe we are lucky?

We don't always find what we are looking for, but can usually find brand equivalents. We did recently look for a specific mud room locker set, but we're only able to find it online, as this store does not carry this type of furniture.

The only critique is that there have been a few times service has been a bit rough round the edges when trying to return an item, with a receipt.

Anytime I'm working on a project. Taking a short drive to the Home Depot and picking up a few supplies. Helps me get the project done!

We have all gone to Home Depot and either could not find any help or was border line almost harassed by people who were of no help. I went there today for window questions. Was greeted by someone who waited with me for the expert. Craig walked me through options and pricing. He was professional and helpful. I asked the easy questions and the dumb ones. He took time offered me options and gave me pricing.
It was a productive trip.

What can I say about Home Depot. This is where the remodeling for our house came from and all my buildings supplies. Always been treated well, they have good customer service. I highly recommend it.

Great Staff. My delivery arrived today 9/9/2022, but wasn't expected until 9/14/22.
I was excited to receive my purchase earlier than expected. I Telephoned the Lewiston store where I made the purchase on 9/1/22.
I spoke to Chris and he came by my house with another associate Tee and both Tee and Chris brought in my packages, put my sleeper sofa together and took trash to the bin for me. These two Home Depot Associates should be commended on their representation of Home Depot.. This is my first purchase but I must say this will not be my last. I plan on telling my family, friends and neighbors what an amazing experience I had. Keep up the amazing 👏 job. Job well done and my sleeper sofa in white velvet is gorgeous.I love my purchase and the chaise is reversible either for left or right facing.

Jerry in plumbing was so pleasant and extremely helpful as were were trying to piece together all the things we needed to install our new vanity and sink. Always appreciate the helpfulness!

A really good store but really a 4.5 star store. But seeing how we don't have that choice,I'll go 5 since they've saved my butt quite a few times by having what I needed. Really decent selection of low to higher priced items,so that if it's something that you might only need once or twice,your not forced to buy the higher quality item. The reverse is also true. Overall,I really like the store.

The manager is why i shop here! Mike Bishop has been the man actually running this operation but is labeled the "assistant" manager when in actuality he runs the show. If it wasn't for Mike, I'd never shop here. He's amazing.
