We have no complaints and only praise for their top-notch customer service, clear communication and attention to detail. We live out of state most of the year and have complete confidence that our property is being managed professionally. We highly recommend NPM to anyone seeking a property management/real estate company.

Great experience renting a house for the week in the Bonnet Shores area! The house was clean and as pictured on the website. Our family appreciated the kitchen stocked with plenty of glasses, dishes, and pots/pans to make cooking in a great option!

Very efficient and ease of communication was awesome.
Rented 56 Maplehurst for one month in July the house was spotlessly clean , 3 bedroom , 1 bathroom, outdoor shower, enclosed large porch that was great to store beach items, extra sheets , towels etc, and had a washer and dryer there too.

However I'd highly recommend that the owner place an A/C unit in the living room as it gets very hot in there. Bedrooms all had A/C units which was great. The place is cutely decorated and had everything one needs for cooking , even a keriug coffee machine. But the kitchen cabinets are very old and had an awful odor inside of them that permeates every dish , so I took all of the glassware and dishes out and left them on counters , which made it unattractive but at least we didn't have to eat or drink from stinky dishes. A new kitchen would be ideal.
The house is in a great location, 7 min drive to beaches and restaurants .
I'll definitely use Narragansett Properties next year.

We’ve been renting houses in RI for 39 years. One week each July. For the last two years, the house we chose was managed by Narragansett Properties. The communication and ease of check-in and check-out has been great. The house we rented was beautiful and had everything we needed, and very clean as well. We had a few requests after staying there in 2022, everything was addressed. We have already requested the same house for 2024 through this company.

Narragansett Properties has been our property manager for the last 12 years, providing thorough and excellent service in supporting the needs of our house renters over the summer months. They helped me acquire my property in the Saunderstown neighborhood of Narragansett, by the Narrow River. They find student renters and help manage them throughout the year. No complaints. They are always trying to improve their systems, which is nice.

Narragansett Properties is the rental agent managing our home, which we rent on a weekly basis. Tenant reviews are glowing, not only about the house, but also about the tremendous service and responsiveness that they get before, during and after their stays. We don’t really have any direct contact with our tenants, so all of that credit goes to NPI. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

I highly recommend going through Narragansett Properties! I rented from them for two years and made the unfortunate decision of switching to Ann O'Brien this year. Evan always answered my calls, even at odd hours. Whenever there was an issue, he either sent somebody over immediately or quickly resolved it over the phone. Narragansett Properties approaches your concerns respectfully and promptly, and they are by far your best option when looking for a reliable realty company in the area.

We rented 65 Southwest from Jun 9th to Jun 16th for a family reunion. Everything was simply perfect! The house held 11 adults and 4 children with ease, very spacious. Appliances were modern and up-to-date. House was clean and linens and towels were greatly appreciated. Views of the ocean were fantastic! Walk to the beach was “easy-pease.” Check-out and pre-cleaning were simple. Narragansett Properties were great to work with. Loved working with Rhonda and her team! The only suggestion for improvement would be to add “beach furnishings and toys available for use” in the general listing. Overall 10+!
