Caliber Collision has definitely been the best auto shop I've been to. The customer service is outstanding and they did an amazing job on my vehicle! They even finished over a week earlier than expected, which was great! Alexis was very generous, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I was very satisfied with how everything went!!

I took my car to Caliber after getting clipped by a hit-and-run driver on my left rear fender and bumper. Repairs took 12 days (including time at a tire store for checking the frame and alignment) and included a new wheel, tire, and wheel cover. Alex kept me informed on their progress almost daily. The paint on the repaired panels was gorgeous and I will be taking it back for them to paint the entire car.

They took one day beyond the estimated completion date (I didn’t care) so Alex did not charge me for painting an area that was not covered by insurance. Overall they were very thorough and careful to get the job done right.

Evan is a money saver! I came in and needed a paint mark to be taken off of my bumper. Evan did it at no charge and I was in and out in 10 mins saving me from shelling out $300 for a new bumper even though it was a small cosmetic problem. Evan is an amazing employee and I would come back for such amazing customer service!

They turned my nightmare into a smooth experience as possible. In other words they made it so much easier for me. I highly recommend them specifically and I appreciate everything they did for me and my car. My car came out as if nothing ever happened.

Let me start off by thanking Alexis S. For the updates, speed of service and customer service. After being bumped into when they were backing out, Alexis made this experience better. Amazing service, and if anyone were to ask me for a shop I would recommend Calliber Collision and Alexis as the go to person because this experience was spectacular and smooth. Forgot to mention it was a time frame of 5 days got it back in 3.

From the moment I walked in Miss. Chelsey Hazley was warm and welcoming (you don't see that anymore). Evan Parra was the liaison between me and my car repairs. He kept me informed throughout the whole process in real-time. There was a little hiccup with getting some parts however, my target date was still met and my car was completed on time. I am very pleased with the amount of professionalism and courtesy from the front office to mechanics. I will be referring anyone who will listen to your great, clean, honest, on-time, and professional company. I love my baby and I was so happy to see her repaired to her natural beauty. Caliber Collision failed to deliver a promise indispensable to safely drive my Camry by fixing the door latch and window to open and close electronically. I addressed my concern and the person in charge agreed to handle the issue. Very poor service and at this moment I am driving a car that needs the rear passenger window open and back latch to lock and open car electronically.
Attention: Caliber Collision Delivered.

Caliber Collision called and delivered what was promised. My car windows work and the locking system of the drivers rear window. That being said I reconsider the one star and changed the number to five. Thanki You Caliber Collision and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.
