Plus sized everything that the standard size folks get. I was impressed with the choices but the prices were a little steep. $30+ for leggings? Still the changing rooms were clean and the staff was friendly so 5 stars

This was my first time at an Old Navy and I had an amazing experience , Chance was above and beyond helpful ...I had no idea what I was looking for when it came to jeans and she was very insightful and relatable, I'll definitely be going back , loved the customer service!

Yes I really enjoy shopping at Old Navy they always have great prices and a great selection. I shop there for the whole family and they never disappoint. They also give you great incentives like Gap Cash and other rewards. Then to top it off they will allow you to combine certain discounts to get an even better price. You can order items that they're out of stock on in store and have it shipped to your home. I have also ordered online and picked it up in store. Curbside pickup is always a pleasure.

This is my second home in all honesty. The staff is so nice and helpful, and also really patient with the customers. The store itself is organized and clean, I always see the staff doing their best to make sure all the clothes are in the right places and there's no trash on the counters or floors. They also have those little corner checkouts which makes it a lot faster if you're paying with card. They have a good section of clearance items too and that's always nice to see.

I went during a back to school sale. The store was in complete disarray, but the staff was diligently working to keep the store clean and organized. What made my visit great was that an associate noticed that I was struggling as I was carrying merchandise and my 7 month old daughter at the same time. She went out of her way and got a cart for me so that I wouldn't be struggling. I completely appreciated that and this simple act of kindness is the reason why they are getting 5 stars and my loyalty. Also, check out wasn'ta huge struggle as they had EVERY register open. .

I searched high and low for plus size clothes for xmas; low and behold my search was over when I walked into Old Navy in Redlands. I was absolutely astounded when I can look through clothes from an xsmall all the way to a 4X for the same shirt or jacket. That's crazy! I appreciate how size inclusive they are. Thank you Old Navy!

They have an excellent amount of stock for an item....I noticed this as I was looking for my size...they had nicely arranged stacks for each item...the floor associates were friendly and helpful This store is well maintained and organized..and the check out moved quickly...

Friendly and helpful staff. Not a fan of paying full price for their clothes, but I will buy when theres a sale going on or from the clearance racks. On a side note, their clearance section is ALWAYS a disaster and hard to maneuver a stroller through. I wish they wouldn't cram so much in one little corner of the strore. But then again, they want customers paying full price so giving clearance a bigger section would just attract more attention to it. Lol

Old Navy always has a great variety of sizes and style. Don't forget about the discount tracks! Many hidden treasures are waiting to be found!

Have had great customer service the last couple of times I've been in. A young man named Justin helped me out last year and today a young lady named Ashley helped me.

Love this store. Great merchandise at great prices and the staff comes up asking if you need help finding anything.
