I recently had lunch here and was blown away by the exceptional customer service I received from Sofia. The other staff was cold and robotic but from the moment I interacted with Sofia, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. Sofia was attentive, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure that my order was nothing short of perfect.

Her service was prompt, efficient, and delivered with a genuine sense of care and hospitality. Sofia also took the time to engage with me on a personal level, making me feel valued and appreciated as a customer.

Overall, the customer service by Sofia was exceptional and played a significant role in enhancing my overall experience. I will definitely be returning and recommending this establishment to friends and family. Thank you to Sofia for her outstanding service!

My name is Manuel and on May 19th I needed a place to have a little get together with family after my son's graduation with a Master's degree from Chapman university. Problem was, we live in Bakersfield and didn't know where to have a little celebration at 7pm after graduation. I called Gallo Giro and Mario, the manager, was most cordial, helpful and accommodating. He arranged with his crew to have the patio area reserved, ready, and delicious food served for when we arrived with about 50 guest. when we arrived all was set up and their service was most welcoming and kind. The food was delicious to say the least. All my family members complimented on the food and the kind service we received. It was the lady night manager whom received us and kindly took care of us with her crew. We had and awesome experience! Gracias Mario, his night manager and crew. I highly recommend this Gallo Giro facility.

I got catering from here for a party! Everyone loved the food! The staff was wonderful! And the bakery desserts are so yummy 😋 we'll definitely be back!

The heart of Santa Ana and one of the consistently best food experiences. Gallo Giro has a warm and welcoming family aura to it. You walk in and instantly hear some classic spanish music and smell the fresh bread oven. Ordering is quick and each meal they provide is a different variation of how tastey a meal can be. The torta is their most popular and my personal favorite due to the overall quantity and quality of ingredients it contains. You can never go wrong with the cubana. 👌

Comfort, straight up made me feel like home. Great variety of menu, I came in for a taco, ended up getting a burrito, flan, pan and a drink. Food was good. Pricey. Will come back again.

You like Mexican food? You like tortas? You will LOVE this place. My wife and I have been going to three of their locations for many years. We are huge fans! You won’t find better tortas in southern Cali. They’ve got a lot to choose from like carne asada, ham and cheese, grilled chicken, and more They’ve also got the Milanesa, Cubanos, and a veggie option. Their tacos, bakery items, and aguas are also super. In the winter they have fantastic tamales. Try the Oaxaqueño tamal, with chicken and mole, for a real treat. Their menu is extensive and you can buy for large parties too. You won’t be disappointed with El Gallo Giro.

Omggg! The food here is AMAZING!!! Best authentic Mexican food. Freshly made tortillas- can't beat that. Only thing is that their salsas are not spicy. But seriously, if you love Mexican food or are looking for authenticity- this place is a MUST STOP. You will not regret it. Don't forget to grab a concha while you're there. Wish i lived closer otherwise I'd be here almost daily!

This is the place to go for really authentic Mexican food. Especially there tamales they are very delicious the masa is very fluffy not too heavy and dense. I ordered our family Christmas tamales and am looking forward to the enjoying them. Try there carnitas they are ohh so vary good.

Phenomenal service and food was great, sweet mexican bread was awesome. We will definitely coming back here when we travel around. We live in north san diego County so it was a nice drive just to have a torta cubana...

This is a great place if you want authentic Mexican food Including all types desserts and mexican bread everything you would ever want. The people are very nice the prices are very reasonable isn't a bowl but it's a popular spot so you may have to wait before you get your order but not to worry the food is well worth the wait. I live in the city of orange and have no problem traveling to Santa Ana to the corner of Bristol and Edinger to get some of the best Mexican food in Southern California, this is a great place to eat.

People there are great food is great and loved the experience and them giving samples of there fresh orchata and breads

Amazing food. Great prices. The fact that it's opened 24 hours is insane. Definitely my go to spot after bar hopping. I cannot wait to bring out of town friends to this place! It's fantastic!

Great for breakfast lunch or dinner. Pastelitos and pan dulce as well as bolios and fresh cakes too. Lunch plates and Togo options like feeds 2 or feed 4 and party catering options too. Great for aguas frescas and fresh tortillas. We love the tamales and the carnitas plates and the tortas!! A must visit and try!

I usually go with the tortas cubano or the double is I'm extra hungry. The aguas frescas are apart fresh and delicious. The last thing you have to hit is the bakery for some of the best pan dulce around 💯

The breakfast burritos were delicious. The Mexican bread was not as good as I remembered it.

Needed a break from burgers. this place is one of the best fast food mexican restaurants.

Just the best place to eat Mexican tortas. Very nice clean and fast service.
