The food and service was amazing i brought my husband for a late birthday meal and we are definitely going to be coming back. I highly recommend stopping in when they're open and grabbing some food. Totally worth every penny the meat practically melts on your tongue, everything was cooked amazingly and nothing was dry or over cooked. 😋 we found our ne favorite place for dates and are loving it.

Great place, outstanding family restaurant, best steak ever, I got ribeye 16oz, juicy and very delicious. Biggest portions. Will be back in my next trip to California. Highly recommended ☝

It was clean, pleasant atmosphere (a little hard on the nerves with more than one tv on), helpful staff, had lots of food options. We ordered custom rice bowls, which were very tasty. 1 vegetarian, 1 chicken.

Stopped here heading west on I-40. We had a new server and she was still learning the menu and how to unload a tray, but hey, we’ve all been new at something before. The food was fresh and delicious in this typical diner. Great southwestern/ New Mexican food. I had the Gabby’s Breakfast special, which consisted of carne adovada meat, eggs, hash browns and a tortilla. Best carne adovada I’ve ever had. Hubby had the chicken fried steak with the sausage gravy and biscuits. Also delicious. Highly recommend this cute little diner.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! The food was absolutely amazing! The entire staff is incredible and the cook was top notch! Perfectly good patty on the burger! Will be back each time I pass through.

We stopped by once again and the menu has changed as I believe maybe ownership has changed, but they still offer amazing food! I had a chicken and veggie bowl and husband had steak snd chicken. Both were fantastic. I absolutely love that place.

Nice and friendly diner. All of the staff were courteous and professional. The servers were regularly checking on their customers. The facility was nice and clean. This is the perfect place to have lunch with friends, family, and even your significant other. I will definitely come here again. Kudos to Gabby's Diner! 👍

Best country fried steak I’ve ever had in my life. Great staff, great atmosphere will stop here anytime I pass from now on!

Holy Cow! If i could give this place more than 5 stars i would. Never would i have expected to have such amazing food, but then again, most little hole in the wall places usually never disappoint.

Don't let the cheap prices fool you, the portions are definitely not small so make sure you arrive hungry.

I started with the Green Chile Cheese Fries thinking that it would be a light snack. Well....i was wrong. They had great flavor and definitely earned the name of Cheese Fries.

Then i asked the waitress, which was super polite and sweet, what she recommended. She steered me towards the Alfredo Pasta with Lobster. As a seafood lover, i was a bit skeptical to be honest, but man oh man, was i glad I got it. You could definitely tell the lobster was fresh and super buttery. For the amount of lobster that was in the dish, it could have easily been a $30-$40 dish somewhere else!

Lastly, the sides alone were amazing as well! Those could have easily been another entree on their own! Thr flavor of the Santa Fe Corn was spot on and the steamed broccoli and cauliflower were nothing short of amazing.

Definitely can not wait to come back here!

Cute little diner with friendly staff and hearty meals! The country fried steak is a must try. Loved the tomato jalapeño & beef stew although it was spicy! Prawns felt slightly undercooked though (1 of them was abit translucent) but other than that food was good and nothing happened from eating the undercooked prawn anyway :)

The perfect little local diner during our road-trip from California to New Mexico. Great food, more options than you’d think :).
So much better than stopping at a fast food joint which tends to be our go to on road-trips. We missed their breakfast, but the lunch options were great not to mention they had a veggie bowl where you can choose your own vegetables from the available options. Such a treat for vegetarians which is often hard to come by on the road. They also had shrimp and other meat options that were yummy also.

This diner has PHENOMENAL tasting food and great service. You need to stop in! The shrimp & chicken bowl with cilantro lime rice and veggies (fresh!)...omg.. lived it! Extra crispy fries were also amazing.

Gabby’s was recommended to me by a coworker and did not disappoint! Exceeded my expectation! I tried the biscuit and gravy plate. The biscuits and sausage gravy are fantastic. Biscuits were what your grandma would make. The sausage gravy was flavorful and was not lacking sausage. If you worry there will be enough gravy…don’t. I sampled the green chili gravy and it was delicious as well. Service was great. No half order available so left a load on my plate. Worth giving it a try!

Jocelyn is an excellent server and a beautiful human being. Always smiley and very friendly, kind, observant, and attentive. The owner of the restaurant, is her name Gabby? I can't remember. But she's fantastic and cares about her patrons. Needless to say we've been here several times in the last few years when we truck across I-40 and every single time we come in we're greeted with a smile, and the service, atmosphere and food are outstanding. Don't be fooled by the 50s street car appearance, I only rated 5 stars because that's all Google allows. This is a 10 star place. We love love LOVE Wow diner! Also: The smash burger/double smash burger is quite possibly the best cheeseburger I've had in my life.

Delicious! Not pristine but the food was good. Excellent fried pickles and jalapeños, fried pork chop with green chile gravy was yummy (spicy!). The chicken rice and veggie bowl had fresh veggies. Service really nice. Great find!

This place is a jewel! The service is impeccable and our meals were absolutely delicious. I was especially excited to find a place on the road that offers healthy options with fresh vegetables! We will definitely stop here again when we come through.

Great experience here. Every employee we encountered was super friendly and efficient. As we were leaving NM for back home, we decided on the shredded beef and chicken burritos with Christmas sauce. Super filling, generous portions, and delicious. Cheap too. Added a pink donut, for good measure. On the way out the owner stopped by our table to thank us for coming in and asked where we were headed and to be careful on the road. Really nice. We'll be back!

Every server is very friendly and the food is amazing. I’ve been all over this country truck driving and this place is one of my favorites.

A great diner experience right beside a truck stop. The food and service were excellent. Did I mention deep fried bacon? Yes please!

I loved this place! Friendly staff and great tasting food! I ordered the all American plate and pancakes. The pancakes were SO fluffy! Just how I like them. It was soft and yummy.
The all American plate comprised of toast, fried potatoes, eggs, and choice of meat. It was so good!! Just the first bite, the food melted into my mouth. I had my eggs cooked Sunnyside up and they cooked it PERFECTLY: crisp on the bottom and over-easy yolks. The potatoes were so nice and crisp and salted to perfection.
I would definitely come here again.
