On our ride back from Yarnell my buddy and I stopped here for some refreshment. Very nice place to go. Bartender/server is excellent. There was not any food done here, so I cannot speak to that. Drinks were excellent, and the back patio was a nice oasis. Talked with a couple fun people who told us a bit about the area and some local activities. Great way to begin the hour ride home. Will go back any time I am in the area.

About 12-14 years ago I stopped at the Burro Saloon. I have never forgotten about it. Now that says a lot about it. Being raised in Wisconsin I've been in more taverns than I can remember, let me tell ya there are more bars in some towns than there are houses.
Therefore for me to remember the Burro Saloon after all these years, it has to be one helluva wonderful experience!
I even remember the bartender Gil Newton.
His personality and his stories combined with his layed back ways made for a a very funny afternoon. The bar just has that come in and sit awhile your amongst friends atmosphere.
It's just right for a day get away. Go see for yourself . You won't be disappointed!!!!

Some buddies and I head up to the range nearby....and stopped in after a match. It is a great "hole in the wall" kind of Saloon. It is a surprising place. Nothing extravagant outside...but inside it has Arizona Western decor and feel. It has a pool table, several TV's, a modern juke box. As for seating, you can "belly up to the bar"...and there appears to have another area that has some tables & chairs. The people there are locals & very friendly...so is the person behind the bar. Drinks can be limited...but on a hot day a cold beer poured into a frozen mug hits the spot. Next time we happen to be in the area for a match - we may just find a place to stay & enjoy the small towns nearby & visit this Saloon.

So cute and very clean! The bartender was very nice! I stopped in on my motorcycle to take a break and use the bathroom, so I can't speak for the drinks since I don't drink, but the atmosphere was very nice!

Really great place. Great environment. Friendly bartender on the weekends, jukebox with good music and a pool table. Enjoyable place and fun. Dont forget to bring a 1 dollar bill and a marker or borrow theirs, so you sign it and tack it to the wall! Have fun!

Very family oriented! I visited with my Uncle Mike when he lived in his 5th Wheele in the mobile home community behind the establishment and that 2 weeks i was there will be one of the most memorable moments of my life!

The owner was there, he was pretty cool even took a picture for us so we can save the memory. If you go don't forget to leave your dollar on the cieling. No real food available s ok be make sure to grab a bite before you stop if your going north. Prescott is the next stop with anything besides a view. It's the perfect last stop before you go into the woods if you can call it that. For Arizona I think that's a Forrest.

My home town bar! Pool tables and plenty of room at the bar. They also have an outdoor seating area for smoking.

You all need to check the Burro out! Cool bar in NoWhere, Az. Some of the best local people my husband and I have met who have become the best of friends. People from all everywhere stop in and come back. Rena and get staff are top notch.
