Had a blast at the water park for 2 days.
The arcade is really fair in comparison to others we have been to.
The customer service we received definitely exceeded our expectations.
The only thing that bothered me was the dust. They have this cool bear for photos and the top of his head was dusty, there was dust hanging down in different areas of the hotel. it really seemed like it had not been cleaned/dusted in a long while. The room was clean but I was uncertain about the sheets being clean as they were bunched up at the foot of the bed. Other than that it was amazing.

Great Wolf Lodge was very fun! The location is great and has great views. All staff are nice and respectful with great speedy service. Rooms are clean and nicely themed. The lodge has lots of activities and is active 24/7. They have a great waterpark that is large with multiple great slides. There are lots of restaurants and lots of other activities nearby as well. 10/10 would wolf again.

My family and I very much enjoy the Great Wolf Lodge and it is a family tradition to visit at this point. It is such a great experience. Staff is wonderful, the various kid programs and activities are really fun for the kids, as an adult I can relax and have a lot of fun with my kids as well. We have stayed a few times. Came to write the review as already looking forward to our next stay.

Super fun, loads to do!! Aqua park is incredible, slides for all ages and a wave pool. Awesome climbing experience, panning for gems, arcade and mini golf. Wonderful service. Great functional rooms. Very much a family fun park combined with a hotel. Recommend staying 2 nights or more to fully enjoy the excellent amenities.

We had such a great time here. Every staff member we interacted with was so nice and do so well with the kids. The kids loved the little den and bunk beds in the room. The room was clean and the view was amazing. The dance party was so fun. The pool area is nice and ordering food and drinks could not be easier. We will be back.

This was a great place for the kids. On the expensive side if you do all food and drink on location. None stop things to do from wake up till bedtime without having to leave.
Could be more wheelchair friendly with its doors and doorways, but the staff was always willing to help when they could.
Book the cabana for a day if you have smaller kids or larger groups. It's definitely worth it.
There's lots to do around the hotel, just a short walk or car ride away!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this location and the 4th overall at a Great Wolf Lodge. We prefer this location over the Kansas City one due to cleanliness, updates, and it’s a better water park.

We love staying here but you need to find it on sale. The regular prices are way too high. Anything under $200 a night is a bargain.

The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The rooms and the hotel are extremely clean. When you walk into your room and you can smell the clean it's such a wonderful welcoming feeling. So many activities for kids to do even scheduled activities during the day through the evening. A Story Time Craft story time and then a dance party my youngest absolutely loved it yoga in the morning and that's just to name a few. Also a interactive game called Magi Quest that both of my children absolutely loved. The food was good just an all-around wonderful trip with my family.

We greatly enjoyed our stay and thought for the most part it was really worth the cost. If I would have known sooner it would be cheap to book another night I would have instead of the alternate hotel we chose but two days at water park and we were pretty good anyways! I want to give a shout out to Nick who was working the door to the waterpark Wednesday evening. He was an absolute joy, our whole family enjoyed his sense of humor! Also the gentleman working the Magi quest on Thursday midday day. He was great to work with. Our room was comfortable and clean and the shower felt great after a day of swimming. We will be back!

The winter wonderland experience was amazing! We've been there during October, January and now once in December! Definitely love the theme! Still exceptional experience, beautiful and clean rooms and staff is always over the top! Crafts are one of our favorite activities that is offered!
The older my kiddo gets the more expensive things get! 20 minutes in the arcade is now wanting to be multiple hours! Lol We love the putt putt golf and of course the water park is a blast. After our recent stay I forgot how much the little activities that are offered throughout the resort during the day add to the overall experience!

This is the perfect place to come with children around 10 or younger. Older kids will have fun, too, but seems ideal for smaller ones. Lots to do! Bowling (small balls/short alley/small pins), mini golf, rock wall, rope course, a very fun magic quest (keeps a kid busy for literally hours), Build a Bear, and of course the water park! Everything under one roof! We also enjoyed the food and rooms. Beds were super comfortable and the decor was fun! Enjoy!

Fantastic for families. There is plenty to do. My husband said it's like Vegas for kids. Great Wolf Lodge 🐺 has a great variety of slides and water games for kids of all ages as well as kids at heart. But that's not all. They have a bunch of free activities, too. Dance parties, crafts, story times, yoga, Master Magi Ceremony, bingo, wolf ear decorating (for the free wolf ears you get when you stay), adventure training, and bingo to name a few. There are play packages to purchase to enjoy golf, bowling, wall climbing, etc. There's also a fun arcade. Don't forget the Forest Friends show! I recommend getting the breakfast buffet. It's delicious and offers something for everyone.

It was amazing. I can’t quite explain it, it wasn’t my birthday but it sure felt like it was - maybe everyone’s experience is that fantastic!

And everyone was pretty awesome, from our entry to the time we left and mostly every bit in between (from entry to close :]) it was filled with smiles and fun.

Oh, and their pizza is literally the best pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life! I suggest trying the Farmhouse. :)

Check this place out!

Been a lifeguard here for a little over a year now. Best job I ever had hands down. Everyone is welcoming and accepting of you no matter what. Leadership is beyond phenomenal! Pack members make sure it's never a boring day. You will laugh smile and get some amazing stories to bring home

I'm not a fan of indoor pools or water parks. The chlorine smell really gets to me. GREAT WOLF LODGE SOMEHOW DOESN'T HAVE THAT SMELL. I was very impressed and very happy with that. My eyes stung a bit from the water, so I know it was chlorinated, but there was no overpowering smell. Wonderful! The water park areas were great for each of our kids: our one-year-old enjoyed the baby area, our six-year-old loved the wave pool, and our nine-year-old loved the big slides. There are plenty of lounge chairs and tables for everyone. The staff were very helpful and very cheerful, which was nice. The rooms were great; clean and spacious. And the fact that the location is near the mountains really sets the mood. I lived near the Grapevine, TX location (never visited) but this Lodge makes more sense, location-wise. We'll definitely be visiting again!

We've been here several times. A few days ago, a friend and her children went through a particularly rough day and needed to get away for a night. They booked a room here. I gave the hotel a call and explained they had a rough day and told them I'd like to do something nice for them as a surprise. They were very kind in explaining some of the things I could do to make their stay nicer and allowed me to pay for those changes independently. This friend said that everyone was very kind and went out of their way to look after them. They had a wonderful time after a very rough day. Thank you so much to the staff for being wonderful to a family going through a rough patch!

It was definitely a great time, and for a really decent price. The room for 4 days and 3 nights was just over 1200, and being able to add wolf passes on for the kids saved us so much money in the long run. There's so much to do that even in the 5 days we were there, we barely finished everything. Plus, the unlimited access to the water park is a definite plus. Especially if you are looking for something to do on your last day since you still have access to the whole facility after check out. Also, I recommend the breakfast passes since it is definitely saving you money in the long run as well. Overall, it was such a great time, and we are definitely looking forward to making this a yearly trip with the kids

Amazing staff! They as a team made a cup of coffee for me with cream mind you, appear out of nowhere once I brought to their attention that their complimentary coffee machine was in need of refill .. it's like hospitality / customer service, (they met the guests needs first and then attended to the coffee machine) how it used to be! Five stars Great Wolf Lodge pack ❤

Yes, it's expensive. But worth every penny. Friendly and helpful staff. Food was quick and lots of options that kids are happy with (and a mom with a gluten allergy could easily eat).

This has been an incredible trip and we're not even done yet. The water park might not be huge, but it's got enough to do that you could stay busy all day. MagiQuest is incredibly entertaining for kids of all ages and has so much to do that they'll be running around from one end of the lodge to the other for literal days. And that doesn't even include all the other activities like the arcade, mini golf, mini bowling, panning, etc. beyond the entertainment, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the rooms were quite comfortable and nice. The food might be a little pricey, but good, and there are also plenty of places nearby if you'd prefer. 10/10 highly recommend, will be back in the future, even if just for a day trip!
