Look I can not emphasize how polite and professional everyone is there with Dan and his lil puppers in the office with some amazing homemade salsa on hand. They are polite and courteous in ways most businesses seem to have forgotten. I park my teardrop camper there and have never had a problem. Easy access that’s extremely secure. Just the best

Stored my son’s car while he was away on military assignment. Fantastic customer service. Very accommodating and worked with us when we weren’t sure how long we would need the unit. I will use them any time I need to store anything!

I stored my household goods in a 10x20' unit at American Storage for 14 months and I was always super happy I picked American Storage as my storage place. Easy access off the highway. The staff is very helpful and easy to work with. You have access to coffee, water, and a bathroom when the office is open. When I lost my keys, they cut the lock for me for a reasonable price, and they just always made things easy. I really appreciate the staff and management and highly recommend American Storage.

Dan and his family are outstanding with their customers. They're extremely helpful and courteous and they're even after hours for you. I would highly recommend using the storage company.

The manager keeps this place clean and free of major trash unlike a lot of places in the springs. He has a great attitude and customer service skills. And you can tell he genuinely enjoys people and he goes above and beyond. I don’t rent a storage unit here but I have seen the property and I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with the owner on several occasions when I had some questions, and when my dog went missing he was very gracious and took my number so I had to call me if he saw her, and he had suggestions as to where I could look for her that were quite helpful.

Dan and the team here are great. This place has affordable prices, clean units, and a secure facility. Couldn’t ask for a better place to store our belongings.

The managers, Dan and his wife, are great. Extremely helpful, always ready to go above and beyond what you expect. Can’t remember the employees name that works around the yard but he too is always very helpful. You couldn’t ask for a better group of people to trust your property with. I’ve got a storage unit, 2 vehicles stored and park my semi there when in town. Always clean, secure and professional, if I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks for everything guys!

This is a top notch storage facility with excellent management that I was very lucky to find. I am storing a motorhome and Dan was over the top helpful with getting me settled in - they even had an option for connecting to power which is almost unheard of (for me) these days. There is ample security and I feel very comfortable storing any of my belongings at American Storage!

Dan and Kelly were really responsive and so were their crew. We felt as if our business possessions were safe there. Highly recommended. We would rent here again if needed.

American Storage on Vincent St., Colorado Springs, is a friendly user organization. They moved me into another space when it was difficult to make the turns into with my camper trailer. The maintenance employee loaned me tools when I needed them to repair the trailer and one time actually helped me repair the problem. This was not expected and helped me out tremendously. The office personnel have always been respectful and attentive to iussues and needs. Recommend doing business with them.

By far the best storage Unit Facility that I have even used. I have used this storage facility for 5+years. They have ALWAYS been friendly, Caring, attentive and most of all have had the, “We do the right thing because it’s the right thing to do” attitude. The facility is safe, secure and managed extremely well. I receive updates to any changes, ideas, and discounts they have to offer, all the time. They offer bill pay online which is very convenient. They as well have propane to offer at a very reasonable cost. The facility is extremely clean and anyone whom store their property at the facility is like family. We all care equally for each other’s space by picking up after each other and even saying hello when passing. I can say that I can’t remember a time I actually gave a review for any company but was compelled to do so for American Storage and have sent a BBB REVIEW TOO. They have gone above and beyond for any and all of my needs. I will continue to use them and refer anyone who’s seeking a storage facility to them. Their prices are very reasonable and that’s always a plus in my book. Thank you American Storage for all that you do and continue to provide.

American Storage owners are helpful, friendly and very professional -- the storage unit is unbelievably CLEAN. They had exactly what our organization needed right away. highly recommended!

2019 has been a pretty rough year for my family.. haven't been able to pay all our bills, this including the storage unit. Though we paid late ( a lot) this storage facility staff have been so nice! Never rude and always worked with us. They are a great place to go to and definitely recommend! (Don't be us though lol) merry Christmas!

Dan has been great. Best location in the area. It's just off the highway. I use it for storage of my personal and another unit for business, plus a parking spot for my trailers, all in one spot.
