Prime Storage

I had several pieces of antique furniture stored for 10 years. The condition of the furniture was the same as when I put it in storage. During these 10 years Prime Storage staff was super helpful and professional, and the facility was always easy to access and clean. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

Very pleased with the reservation & ease of signup for a storage unit at this Prime Storage location on Copper Center Parkway. We were able to see the unit before signing the paperwork, staff was very efficient and friendly and knowledgeable about answering our questions. Rates were very reasonable too. Building & unit & elevator areas were clean.

Briana was AMAZING from the first day I walked in. Briana was always so friendly, kind and helpful!!
I was going to check out a few other places but I felt like Briana took the time and care to get to know me and help me when needed. I would highly recommend Prime Storage because it’s clean and secure and my monthly rate stayed the same - many other places will increase the monthly rate after a few months. More importantly I would recommend Prime Storage because of knowing Briana and her friendliness and care. As a matter of fact my 24 yr old daughter is now also renting from Prime Storage and the first thing I did was make sure she met Briana!!

Amazing space and customer service! My friend and I are renting a small office space here, it’s the perfect size for the perfect price! And the customer service is OUTSTANDING. Clean property (grounds, common areas, my unit on move-in). Excellent customer service, friendly & knowledgeable. My move-in process was seamless (booked online and then in-person for completing process), and my move-out was equally easy. I will definitely use again when I need extra storage space. (Rented for 8 or 9 months.)

The service personnel at this storage center were very professional and friendly and quickly assisted me in answering any questions I had regarding the contract, etc. In addition, I found really good monthly rates with Prime Storage, in comparison to other storage facilities that were near to my home.

I am so so impressed with Prime Storage!! I’ve had three rentals with them and recently with a move and they were so patient and kind explaining the move out process. Katie, at the front desk, is such an amazing help! Thank you again!

Great experience with Prime Storage in Colorado Springs. The staff were helpful, accommodating. There was plenty of room in the storage spaces. The staff were helpful and accommodating. I would recommend them for your storage needs!

A friend of mine has a storage unit and I like the big elevators wide sliding glass door entrances wide hallways temperature control storage units are pretty big. My friend is a 10x12 unit I think and there is quite a number of things that you can fit in the storage units

Office staff is always helpful and friendly! We rent an office space in the building and they have been extremely easy to work with.

Staff is most always present, the rates have been super good over the years, and when they did go up (once, just recently), they went up very little. The place is clean, has AC, and bathrooms.

Knowledgeable, friendly yet professional staff; they understand sizing needs if you tell them what you’re storing and they explain policies and pricing in detail. I recommend!
