Chris and Alyssa were great. Very friendly and ensured I got a car when needed most. Hail season is tough to say the least but they made it happen! Thanks for the great service.

Great place to rent if you live North of Colorado Springs. Service was great and personable. It took all of 5 minutes to get a vehicle and be on my way. The vehicle was in great condition and cleaned thoroughly beforehand. All in all, couldn't ask for a better rental experience. I've had some nightmares at the airport rental locations and I think this is the go-to for anybody in this area.

Pickup and drop off at repair place Caliber was painless. Staff were great, friendly, and up front about options we did and more importantly did not need. Only minus was they could not get equivalent sized vehicle (Wagoneer) but provided a smaller luxury SUV (Audi Quattro) that was very nice.

I have rented from this Enterprise location many times and I can honestly say I have never had anything less than a wonderful experience. The entire staff is friendly and will go above and beyond to make sure they do everything they can for their customers. Matt and Meredith are both incredible. They are so friendly and have always done all they can to make my time with them and my rental great. They have picked me up from home, dropped me off, and tried their best to get me into the best vehicle available. If you ever need a car rental this is the location to come to. I don't know what they are paying the staff here, but whatever it is, it's not enough. Thank you Matt, doing business with you has been nothing short of great.

One last thing, I have read over some of the negative reviews on here. Some people complaining about them not having a car available, etc. I was in the store when someone was complaining about having a reservation that they were unable to fulfill because they had no more cars at this location (how is it their fault if all of their cars have been rented out). They literally offered to drive the person ten minutes up the road to get a car from a different location, and told this person they could still drop if back off at this location to make it as convenient as possible. The person literally chewed out the staff and cancelled their reservation right there vs taking a ten minute car ride to pick up their car. I have no idea what this person hoped the staff would have done, but in my opinion they were handling the situation as great as they could have. Even after this person chewed them out over nothing the staff remained professional and kind, which isn't easy to do when someone is yelling at you over something that is out of your hands. Just take the negative reviews with a grain of salt, I have rented from here a dozen or more times and it has always been great.

This North side location is fantastic but Matthew and Max at this location are Rockstars. They are always willing to step up and help out. My truck was recently in an accident so I had to acquire a rental car in the meantime. They have made the experience pleasant, easy, fun and as enjoyable as possible while I am waiting for my truck to return. I'll be back for sure when the time comes as the customer service was top notch. Thanks Team!

I made my reservations online and forgot to you use my company's website to apply the discount. When I picked up the car , I thought it would have been bigger for compact .But i was grateful for transportation. The Gentleman that work at this location go above what is expected and that created a WOW experience for me. From personal experience if you make reservations online , you should still contact the location to ensure they have the vehicle. At one point I had 4 reservations made none of the locations had the cars due to hail damage. Each employee handled it with compassion and empathy.They even offer to call if a could be found. The Phil long location ROCKS! Great job guys

Great service, I called and they picked me up at my daughter's house. Upon arrival, smooth transition, lady I dealt with very friendly and helpful. On returning the vehicle same thing, quick, easy return. My only problem was the SUV I got assigned did not have enough power but I did not noticed it until I was on the highway on my way to my destination. I don't blame the rental company, I blame myself, Next time I know what to look for before I drive off the lot.

Awesome Experience with working with this location. Store manager (spacing on her name, started with a C, I think?) was very helpful in car rental process,and thoughtfully transparent with pricing & descriptions.
The type of car we initially booked was still in maintenance, so we were upgraded to slightly larger vehicle for the same price.
Manager was quite flexible with us returning car to different location due to our flight plans.

We had an emergency situation and needed to pick up a rental car quickly. Meredith worked with me to get us on the road within a few hours. She also went above and beyond on the return end. Very pleased with their customer service.

Taylor went above and beyond to help me with getting the right car. I needed a long term rental after a car accident that was not my fault. Even with the shortage of rental cars he got me what I wanted and needed. He should get a raise and be promoted for his outstanding customer service!!

I was recently in an automobile accident and found myself having to pay for the rental car. I am a real estate agent and first went to an Enterprise closest to my home. I was unimpressed with the help I received mainly because they put me into a two door sports car after I told them about my job and my daily activities. I then called the nearest Enterprise to my office and I met Caleb Mills and his great staff. They not only exchanged the car for me but made sure that they put me into a reliable 4 door full size car. I had a lot of upcoming appointments and Caleb made it possible for me to keep those commitments. I noticed the bad reviews given to this location and wanted people to know that if you need a rental car then call Caleb and he will make sure you are taken car of. I would recommend this location over any other location in the Colorado Springs.

Ok, let me start off by saying I generally love Enterprise as a whole; they are always affordable and have good customer service. However, this location has impressed me more than any of the others. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and genuinely friendly. The manager, Zack, went above and beyond to help me when he definitely could have just blown me off. I feel like they realize and honestly care that they are dealing with real people and aren't just looking at their customers as dollar signs. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Omg Dakota saved my life. I had my vehicle broken into and it was not starting, I obviously needed a vehicle. My insurance had reserved one at her location. They were completely sold out but she promptly found one at another branch and even had it delivered to me. Fabulous customer service and it was a blessing after being stuck outside all day.

Rented a Mustang last Sept. had maybe 80miles on it...BEAUTIFUL-----the radio stopped working and they credited us half our final tab. It was very nice of them. We told them they didn't have to cuz we were almost home but they still credited us. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If I could give 100 stars I would. Every time I use Enterprise it’s always an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone at this location was friendly, and professional. Their cars are clean and ready to go. Thank you Enterprise!

I know everybody else may not have given this place the best reviews, but I’m telling you if your military and you’re going through USAA it is a great deal in comparison to all the other places surrounding from Colorado Springs airport and my service with Chris was OUTSTANDING!
