Pikes Peak Library District - Library 21c

We’ve always loved our experiences at 21c - but the scones cooking class with Scott Crum was especially great! He’s a wealth of knowledge and I definitely feel confident that I can make my own scones now.

Went to a children's craft show at 21C. My wife and I had a good time. The event was great and teaches children entrepreneurship, communication, and more...

There is nothing like a trip to the library! It has been years since I have been to the library now that our boys are grown, but like always, it was a great experience. No matter how advanced we get in tecknology, there is nothing like the feel of a great book, comfortable seating, and a quiet and friendly environment. The staff are amazing and will to help with any project. The layout is nothing like anything I have seen. If you haven't been to the library lately, I highly recomend. This is a great place by yourself, with a friend, or to bring your children for an adventure into their creative minds. You'll be glad you did!!!

This is the best library in the Colorado Springs area. I had a large group (about 20 people) and asked for a private room. They were able to accommodate us, and were very patient. They allow you to eat at the library (including fast food). The east library has discriminated against us before, but this library is disability friendly. It is large and has a lot more services to offer. The staff are incredibly kind and efficient. Highly recommend!

This place is great not only for getting work done in a quiet environment, but obviously serving as a resource. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and now they have a great coffee shop making it even more desirable place to get away and get work done. The maker capabilities are huge with resources and opportunities to do things for free such as 3-D printing.

Library 21c is one our favorite Pikes Peak Libraries! We spend most of our time in the children's section; they have age appropriate toys for newborns up to school aged kiddos. All of the librarians are very kind and helpful. It's a great space to take the Littles on a rainy or cold day, the story times are always fun!

Thanks for hosting cub scout meetings, for checking out the culture pass and yard games, for helping our church choir be able to print music, and being such an indispensable party of our community!

Update 2022
Our cub scout pack has been able to book meeting rooms at 21c. We also got a great tour of the recording studio, which is top of the line and free to reserve. So much to offer besides books at our library!

My tween bookworm is ecstatic he can go in and check out books once again. Thanks for finding safe ways we can still have access, PPLD!

They have a decent section of large print books. Unfortunately, I have read about 85% of them. Hopefully they will replenish soon with different ones.

I've been in the service industry for over 30 years. This place takes service to a whole new meaning! Thank you!

The studio space is literally one of the greatest things I've ever seen in a library. Not only do they have an excellent audio production and recording set up, but the room is also equiped with professional lighting, cameras, equipment and software so that you can execute any creative idea you could think of! Roland was also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, it's awesome to see people so passionate about helping inspire and execute the creative ideas of their community. A library is not just a place to read books, but a place to inspire new ideas. The only downside is that they are not open on the weekends and close really early on the weekdays, which is unfortunate because I work til 5 every weekday. Please let me use this space on the weekend!! I literally live a block away and because the studio is so highly sought out it's difficult to find a time slot.

The staff here are absolutely lovely. Every person that i have interacted with has been kind, helpful, patient, and enthusiastic about their job. Our kids love visiting the library and talking with the staff. Peaceful atmosphere abounds. And an added bonus, we were able to drop off our ballots here!

Nice library, smallish kids section. But the staff is superfriendly and there are a ton of amenities here.

Another great Library in Colorado Springs. This library offers more than some of the others in town. There is a maker area, and a sizable computer lab. The staff was friendly and very willing to help. The building was clean and well kept.

PPLD offers so many services. All branches get 5 stars. This one has an awesome studio, a makerspace with 3D printers and more, lawn games, board games, a large collection, and many study rooms. Love this place.

I absolutely love that whatever my curiosity may be, my hobby, interest, quest for knowledge, anything is possible & encouraged.

There is always someone (in person & online) available & willing to help me with whatever quest I'm on & questions I have.

I've done Tai Chi classes with my daughter & her wife, I've sewn clothing, I've enjoyed music & coffee, I've researched, printed documents, learned much.

I wish I lived closer, and also wish I could bring my senior dog in with me.

This is the coolest place ever. Just being inside the building and seeing the views is stunning. Everyone who works here is so pleasant and helpful you guys rock!
