Meriwether's Bistro

Bert gave us fun, excellent, upbeat service for dinner. The House chips are a MUST (delicious & decadent!)!! The burgers are incredible; great quality beef!

The staff was amazing! The food was mind blowing and the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming! The wine was delicious. I cannot praise them enough. I would recommend 1000% Oh and to top it all off the prices were very reasonable! Median price was around 20 per plate. I would say the value was the best in lewiston.

Went for a late breakfast and ate out on the patio. Wonderful server and really good food. Can't wait to try the express lunch!

Took mom, grandma, & gf there for Christmas dinner. It was very good, but I felt it was a little pricey. Would definitely recommend this dinner!!!!

What a fun eclectic place to eat. And the food..... I gained 5 pounds. Delish!

The service was AWESOME. The food was out of this world. Cajun surf and turf! The desert peanut butter cookie was very good. Hope to be back soon.

Best clam chowder I've had in the long time. That chef makes the best soup! The service here is also top notch.

Service is wonderful, ambiance is pleasant and quiet, food is tops. Get dressed up and bring your girl here... you won't regret it.

We arrived for lunch shortly after 1pm for lunch. There were a couple other parties there and we were seated a few tables away from them which was nice for some privacy. Our waitress was attentive without rushing us. The sandwiches were good and the scratch soup was notable. It's easy to forget about Meriwether's, but with good food, atmosphere, and service it's worth remembering.

It was very clean, very welcoming, and had a really good Menu, with many choices, and very affordable. My classmates of 1973 were there. We had about 20 people. Many of them ordered salads. We didn't have to wear masks. Our server was young and did a wonderful job of keeping up with our requests of more water, more Pepsi. The Pepsi was fresh and always full. A great time was had by all.

We ate here at Valentines Day and it was excellent. Great food and service. We had Michelle for a waitress. She was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

The atmosphere is fancy but everyone there is dressed casually, with great customer service no matter what you wear. It's inside a hotel, but easy to find - once inside you turn left and it's straight ahead. Their food was delicious; I got the ahi tuna entree and it was the best meal I've had in years. The prices look a little high, but the quality of the food is worth it. We'll come back next time we're in town.

I was staying at the Red Lion, and this restaurant is attached. I had a really nice berry salad. Not only was it pretty, it was tasty. I had the breakfast buffet in the mornings. It’s quick, and has good, basic choices. The folks who work here are very friendly and they made me feel comfortable. It’s a little pricey, but a good operation.
