Sturtevants of Sun Valley (Hailey)

So I am a new seasonal worker, just arrived in town and discovered that the mountain is still covered in snow 😁😁 I went to attic and quickly bought some ski's, went to sturtevannts to get the skis edged and waxed and to get my boots set up on the skis, I was offered a much newer set of skis($150) that didn't require edging and waxing and offered to fit the boots for free, saving me $40. There were other ex rental skis priced at $99 an absolute bargain!! I told the shop that I was desperate to get on the snow tomorrow and I was told that if I could get the skis and boots to the store in kethum, they would be ready by 8am. Tomorrow, I said cool I can be there in 30mins. Then after trying to call the store and not being able to get through, I was told hey don't worry about trying to get there we will do them here for you. Just go grab a coffee or something, come back in half an hour, great customer service!!

This is my new favorite shop in the entire wood river valley all because of BRIAN. He is one of the most welcoming, helpful, and incredibly cool people I have ever had the good fortune of encountering. I highly recommend coming here specifically because of how great Brian is, and man, he knows bikes.

This was the second time we visited to rent equipment - this time cross country skis. The staff are knowledgable and friendly - a fantastic combination you don't often find. Thanks for helping us have a great day out in the snow!

Jay at Sturtos is the end all be all of bikes. I'm older and have a lot of issues with comfort. He completely understood where I was coming from and didn't try to over sell or upsell. He had great ideas for places to go and really took his time with us.

Love this local's shop! Jay and Greg and the whole crew are very helpful and knowledgeable, regardless if you're talking skiing, biking, or hiking. Worth a visit!
