Poco Diablo

My bridal party and I had our hair and makeup done by the staff at Poco Diablo. Joy was great to work with and she was extremely helpful even with such a small staff due to the pandemic. She helped make this happen and I am so grateful. The hair and makeup artists were amazing. Professional and timely and everyone was very happy with how they looked.

We stay here every year and at TC's the service is always exceptional and great food

Incredible experience! My then boyfriend, booked me a surprise manni/pedi and the staff totally made my day. They came out to meet me at the very front and took me right to the spa. The drinks were delicious, the food was great, and the staff are so personable it felt like I was gabbing with a life-long friend! They went above and beyond to make this day special. Turns out my boyfriend was planning on proposing and asked for their help! Thank you all for being a part of a story I will tell for the rest of my life. <3

Experienced a wonderful Desert Wellness package with a hot stone massage and wrap. The therapist was wonderful and attentive. The facility was clean and pleasant. I would highly recommend.

Chemin did a fantastic job on my hair and makeup for my wedding. I could not be happier with the results. I really felt beautiful! Thank you!!!

They made me feel very comfortable and the staff was very attentive and answered any questions I had. This was the first time getting a massage and they took any anxiety about the experience away.

The nail technician and salon attendant were so hospitable and warm. They made my friend and I feel welcomed and relaxed. Bummed that no gel nail options are available, but it sounds like that's frowned upon in the area since there are no vegan gel options.

Excellent customer service. My facial with Robin was amazing. She knows all about the skin your in!

I must say I debated many weeks leaving a review, but based off of the website description and the cost of what I paid I finally felt I had no choice. I expected the "red rock journey" to be absolute bliss and was dramatically underwhelmed from the facility to the staff. I went with a girlfriend and she felt exactly the same. The website description of the service was woefully inaccurate, and after paying 700 dollars I expected way more privacy and luxury as described in what they offered. All in all a little disappointing and would not recommend.

So frustrating, me and my husband never get to get away from our kids. We never get to spend time together privately. This is my husband’s birthday gift just going to resort and spending the weekend in Sedona. I booked through one of the local booking apps got a confirmation number show up to the hotel. Nobody has it together. They cannot find my reservation they don’t have any rooms available. It’s 5 o’clock check-in is at 4 PM. Called the reservation desk and left a message about 11 AM today to do a early check-in around 3 PM. No response nothing!
Not to mention, they have NO ROOMS READY. The line in the lobby was probably about 25 people waiting to check in.
Like I had mentioned, my husband and I don’t get a whole lot of away time from the kids it’s been years, so this was a pretty special event that day just about ruined
Everything on this trip was running smoothly until we arrived at this “ resort hotel”
Do better… get better management and hire some more staff.

Just to be clear I understand but it’s like to be understaffed, but the attitude that (W at the desk) was giving it to the customers was quite surprising
Even though (R) was professional, I think there was a bit of passive aggressiveness
And (W) was clearly overwhelmed and frustrated.
I’ll remove this review once I get a 50% refund if I’m even able to get into the hotel😏

I corresponded with Joy about a month before my wedding, she asked for inspiration photos, and I thought my appointment was set. 5 days before my wedding, I get an email apologizing that her stylist was out of town on my wedding day. I was left to scramble and make other plans. Don’t waste your time and money with this place!!

I had booked 2 rooms and had reservations for the spa for 2 and upon check in at hotel, the receptionist had a bad attitude and was rude. I asked to speak with a manager. The manager was just as rude and didn't even try to have a conversation. We cancelled all reservations and left and went to sky ranch resort and they were friendly and fabulous
