Very clean and quiet. It's not a big rest stop but we were able to park our 32 foot RV and sleep for the night. My husband is a Airforce vet and really enjoyed seeing all the memorials.

Sweet little privately funded memorial to several military branches and individuals. The birds were totally digging this little oasis.

I don't like the Barack Obama mention on one of the plaques, but other than that I stop here often to let my 3 legged fur baby go to the bathroom where there isn't as many stickers. Be careful with your pets, though this is wild cat country, I seen a bobcat close to a friend's place North of Fort Sumner just a couple of weeks ago and there are big cat tracks here at rest area. I will add that to photos.
