Laguna Burger

So glad we wandered by here! Delicious burger. Landed in ABQ and had been up for 12 hours and really wanted some lunch! I had the wimp, hubby had the Laguna Burger meal. Friendly people, clean, great service and….
Nothing short of one of the best burgers I’ve had. Hand cut fries were good (although I like them a little crispier). If you are passing through, make this a stop!!

So we couldn’t get into the other restaurant at the Casino. That was a good thing because the food here is EXCEPTIONAL. And the service. Nice, friendly & fast!

We frequently stop here on our way to Albuquerque. Food is always hot and fresh . And cooked to order. Today I had the pulled pork fried and they are delicious. Employees are kind .

Nice Route 66 themed spot off the I-40 with diner style classics. My husband got the Laguna Green Chile Burger with fries and I got the Frito Pie hot dog with onion rings. The hot dog is split and grilled, served on a fluffy brioche-style bun and piled with red chili, red onions, Fritos, cheese, and all the fixins. Soooooo good! My husband raved about his burger, which was the 2016 Green Chile Burger winner! Store has lots of great roadside snacks, drinks, and souvenirs.

Truly the best burger I’ve had all year and I’m from IL so Portillo’s usually beats all burgers but not today! My papa and I stopped here earlier to grab something to eat on the road. Absolutely worth the wait! And the cashier was such a sweetheart! Definitely recommend this place!!

Very happy crew and the 1/3lb Laguna Wimp was excellent!! Onion rings were very good. Fries were good but not my favorite type. I will absolutely stop here again.

Great place to stop by and get a quick amazing burger. Probably one of the best burger places in the Albuquerque area. Had the frito pie this time with my burger and would definitely recommend.

The burgers were fresh and delicious. Loved the homemade fries too. Would highly recommend if your passing by

I got the Laguna Wimp and added fried onions. If this is a wimpy burger, I can't imagine the regular. The grill and cook were visible, food was fresh and delicious. You gotta love fries with the skins on! I'm glad I chose this gas station to fuel up.

Laguna Burger is a great burger joint. If you are traveling I40 and find yourself in Laguna NM you need to stop in. I40 skirts Old Rte 66 and is worth the stop. They add green chilies which gives the burgers a little kick. The onion rings are awesome.

Good burger and fries; features Pepsi products, but having raspberry ice tea as well as Dr. Pepper makes that mistake excusable. Burger has the spiciness of the chile common here in New Mexico as well as grilled red onions, pickles, tomato, cheese. Very tender, thick hamburger patty; you can tell they are using premium beef here! Well worth the stop!

Super delicious burgers and homemade fries! Burgers are huge and the Laguna Burger lives up to its reputation! Great stop off for eats.

The people were very nice. The cook did a great job. Got there right at closing. Burger fries and small coffee. Delicious.

The BEST burgers anywhere. We always plan our road trips around a stop at Laguna Burger. Hand-made patties, and my wife and I almost always split one. We have a 45' 5th wheel, and easy to get in and out around the building. If you have a big rig, don't let the roundabout stop you from trying this place out. Staff is always friendly too👍👍👍. Only other locations we tried was downtown Albuquerque. Same great food and adult milkshakes!!!

We came back to NM from Arizona. Couldn’t wait to get our burger! It didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend getting the onion rings too. Green Chile. Perfect burger. Wow do not pass this place. It’s called PIT stop. Stop!!! Very nice people!

1/2 lb Laguna Burger was absolutely delicious with onion rings and a Cherry Pepsi.

Delicious burgers, and fresh cut potatoes, so Yummy! Fun employees too!! Super clean too.

Best Dang Burger!! No really!! It’s gotta be the green chilles they add to it - lettuce tomato cheese and green chilles - this place is a must try!

The photos don’t do it justice! I found this to be a problem for me as well because you just want to take a nibble and then it’s gone! No photo 😢

For a gas station food joint, the food is GOOD!! With two other locations you can tell that Laguna Burger is locally owned and try to keep things simple. When compared to a big chain restaurant I would rather stop here!!

Just understand that this isn't a 5 start dine in restaurant, it's a simple HWY stop for traveling.
