I have to admit the service was well worth 5 stars. I spent plenty of time going over my options and what we wanted for a sectional, Carrie from sales wasn't pushy or frustrated by our indecisiveness.
The store is well maintained and updated with new furniture, a lot of time went into the decor used throughout the store and everything was priced which tends to be a detail missed in most stores.
Thankfully everything was above expectation from first impressions to final delivery, the two that delivered the sectional were great with helping till it was right. (they had to change the seating arrangement for it to fit properly, my mistake to begin with but they had no problem correcting it.) People lose sight that the finish product always depends on the delivery people and their knowledge of their work.
I'll definitely be back and thank all of you for your service.

A great local furniture store. We bought a sofa hide-a-bed and a primitive cabinet. Sales person was helpful but not high pressure. Price was very good. And local delivery is going to be free. We've bought from them in the past, and will do so in the future.

Absolutely awesome experience buying a new living room set at Sundeen!! The customer service is amazing- they have the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff. Gorgeous selection of living rooms in a cozy showroom. Totally no pressure “sales associates” they don’t hover and stalk like some furniture stores that employ the vulture sales people. I bought my new living room set on sale and the prices were outstanding. I didn’t know this but they HAUL AWAY your old living room furniture!!! That is priceless! Other stores do not provide that service. I called several furniture stores during my research. Most stores will only do haul away on mattresses. I’m really excited to take delivery of my new furniture just 3 days after purchase! I expected to wait weeks! It will be delivered Saturday during a three hour window. ABSOLUTELY FIVE STARS!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very positive experience at Sundeen - we first went in a few weeks ago just to look. Carrie greeted us. She was wonderful and informative, but there was no pressure. She disappeared, came back to check on us periodically, and invited us to come back. We shopped six more stores and came back to Sundeen to purchase. Carrie made it so easy! It's a lovely small business and honestly, I'd rather give my money to the local guys. Everyone we met there was happy and welcoming. Makes me want to buy more!

I have used Sundeen in the past and like to keep my purchases local whether it be car repairs, materials for home improvement, appliances and furniture. So when I had to replace all my furniture from a recent fire. I used Sundeen to furnish my whole house. Some fine furniture, but mostly basic. I had problems with two pieces, I called and there were handled right away in one case is was bed lathes that support the mattress broke. The replaced all the boards with thicker and wider ones and installed a new side board and added an additional support under the bed.
Yes, you may be able to find some pieces cheaper and back it up with a commercial insurance plan. I have had these before. Good luck and getting someone out there.
If you want a store that will stand behind everything they sell and want that personal touch, I would highly recommend Sundeens.

When I entered Sundeen Furniture I was automatically impressed. Very clean and organized with their floor setting. One thing I loved the most, I was in there for about 3-4 minutes looking around and then Carrie greeted me. In my opinion and personal preference, that was perfect. I wasn’t bombarded right away and feeling like I just HAD to buy something. She gave me a quick run down of things and was available right away when I needed her assistance again. During this crazy COVID time and things being set out by a few months, she was on point and 100% prepared with a list of items currently IN STOCK so the delivery date would not take months if I found something I liked. Well, sure enough, because she went out of her way to do that, I found the perfect couch AND kitchen table. Kim has just started training with Carrie and she did great adding in personal experiences and opinions, but not to where it makes you feel you have to change your mind. It’s always nice to have that second voice/opinion. 10/10 recommend Sundeen Furniture to anyone in the area. Prices are extremely fair, service is wonderful, and it’s for sure a great place to shop for your own home.

Excellent customer service, our salesperson was Pam, she was very nice and not pushy. Every employee that we encountered in the store was nice and friendly. Beautiful selection of furniture, quality for the pieces we ended up getting was much higher than the big box store pieces that we purchased and the price was much lower too. Thanks Sundeen for a pleasurable shopping experience.

We had an absolutely great experience working with Carrie yesterday as we searched for a new chair and loveseat. She was able to help me with design and customization and was extremely patient while I chose fabrics that fit our living room.

This is the first review I've written but I had such a good experience I had to share. After searching a few of the bigger chain furniture stores and seeing very few reasonably priced sets or sectionals I was extremely discouraged. I noticed this place from 122 on my way to ocean state job lot and decided to stop in, And I'm so glad I did. The staff was extremely friendly from the first sales person I talked with and up to the people delivered the sectional I bought. They had a good selection and I was able to get an affordable, and equally important, extremely comfortable sectional I'm happy to lounge on and have guests sit on.

I was in the market for a new living room set, and I heard that the wait times could be longer than usual due to the pandemic so I decided to get started shopping several months before I need to take delivery. I prefer to to business with local, family owned stores so I opted to try Sundeens over the big name furniture guys. When I walked in, I was promptly greeted by Carrie who introduced herself and then left us to browse on our own with zero pressure. When we had questions, she was right there to answer them. We found a set we liked and she even helped me to pick out the perfect pillow colors to go with the sofa color I chose. Carrie was very upfront about the unusual wait times, and let me know that the wait times are all estimated right now and to me, that's completely understandable! It's a pandemic! I am thrilled with the service I received at Sundeen's and I will definitely shop there again and recommend them to my friends! Thanks Carrie!!!

We just recently bought a recliner chair and Pam did an excellent job helping us. The next day the chair was delivered by two very polite people who also took away the old chair. We've bought furniture from Sundeen before and we have never been disappointed.

I have been a customer of Sundene Furniture for many years now. I find there products are high end products and strong sturdy furniture. They are true to there word every step of the way. Most furniture places charge you for delivery and any removal you need when replacing with new but, NOT Sundene Furniture. This company offers FREE REMOVAL & FREE DELIVERY. WOW !!!!! Free that is amazing, and that’s why I, my own personal opinion rates them number one for business as well as great customer service. So please if you have a chance and browse please do so. You’ll live it.

The drivers was awesome and nice to help me to move the kitchen table over to the side. And they did a good job too.

"Free delivery-Free shipping" and prices are lower than other furniture stores! GREAT selection too! Store looks smaller from the outside, but pleasantly surprised when you walk through the door!

The service technician came today to fix a problem with my Lazy Boy recliner. We are extremely pleased with the service we have gotten from Sundeen.
