Excellent customer service. I bought some shoes 2 months ago, but wore them less than 7 times. They wore through in one spot. I no longer had the receipt. They let me exchange them and even reduced the price to what I paid for the previous pair. I'll by from them again.

I’ve been having severe foot pain for a while now and none of my shoes would fit me correctly. I spent months buying different brands and sizes and had enough. Walked in and Cam was very helpful and kind. Discovered that both of my feet are different sizes and that I in-fact do not have a flat food. I walked out with a new pair of Hoka shoes and they are absolutely comfortable and I am having zero pain! Will be back to buy more.

My wife and I walked in to learn about some shoes and walked out with two pairs of Hoka, insoles and socks. Paulina deserves a tip. We go into restaurants and some places do nothing and want a tip. Paulina spent time explaining to me about ever shoe per my requirements, tested each shoe, analyzed my walking stride and explained about the socks. The best customers service we have come across in a long, long time. Appreciate the staff who did not make us feel like a nuisance while finding shoes for my husband that had the right fit that he needed. They were knowledgeable in their product and the variation of fit and what to take into consideration. One of the best shopping experiences we've had ever.

Lived in the Wenatchee area my entire life and today was my first time in this store. Wish I had been coming in sooner. Customer service was absolutely amazing. My son needed shoes for his first year in cross country and they helped size and find the right shoe for him. Will absolutely be coming back for any future needs. Really great experience shopping here. I forgot my running shoes, but couldn’t miss the opportunity to run along the river. The salesperson was really helpful and tried numerous styles until we found the best fit for me. Highly recommend this shop.

My favorite place to buy running shoes and awesome outdoor clothes! The customer service is always really good, almost dangerously good because I sometimes will end up with not one pair of shoes but two new pairs!! They appear to hire really great employees because they always ask very nice questions and they seem to really do the research about the shoe brands. Which I very much appreciate!

Great selection of products and friendly, caring staff! They take the time to fit you properly for your shoes and prices are the same as what you'd be paying by ordering online so go support a local family-owned business! They also have a great inventory of hiking and outdoor recreation products like clothing, hats, water bottles, sunglasses and accessories.

Let me start by saying this si an athletic shoe store with great running shoe options. I have to say this place is phenomenal. As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. They have a no pressure environment and want to make sure their shoes work for you. My wife was treated very well on the first floor while I was attended on the bottom floor. We both walked out of there with new shoes. I recommend this place for any avid runner and anyone who just need a good pair of walking shoe.

Great local running and outdoor shop! They have a large inventory and you can test and feel what you are buying rather than taking a chance shopping online. Excellent clothing and shoe selection, and if they don't have your size, they will order it for you. Friendly staff, well kept store, all around a good shopping experience! Big thanks for supporting local groups and events as well!

I love this store. Service is great and staff is knowledgeable. I am always excited when I need something they sell because I get to browse a number of cool types gear in a welcoming atmosphere. Best selection of outdoor activity shoes in the valley!
