An unparalleled beacon of support and excellence. Clearview's approach to residential therapy and care extends far beyond the conventional, embodying a dedication not only to the immediate well-being and transformation of their residents, but also to the fabric of the family dynamics as a whole. The Clearview professionals have demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to ensuring parents are also thoroughly prepared and empowered to navigate the complexities of reintegration of their girl back at home once the program is complete. Their goal—our shared vision—is to foster a harmonious and enriching family environment, free from the shadows of mistrust, fear, anger and miscommunication that once loomed over us. The Clearview team's tailored guidance, seminars, and unwavering support have been instrumental in paving the way for a home transition that promises not just reunion, but true healing and a strengthened bond within our family.

It's hard to accept help especially if you're a teen girl with issues. The ones that accept the help, are the ones that graduate and go on to live success futures! This is a wonderful ministry.

This review will be the most important review I have ever written and I hope this can give just one parent some guidance. If you are researching Therapeutic Boarding Schools, you are likely getting ready to make the toughest decision of your life. If you are looking for a place to drop your daughter off for a year and hope they “fix” her, it doesn’t exist. But help does exist and you are in the right place.
I dropped my daughter off at Clearview on September 7, 2021. My attitude was I would drop my daughter off and they would fix her and I could pick her up in a year. My daughter graduated on January 28, 2023, from Clearview. They likely saved her life. Clearview is an amazing organization. The staff is incredible. I found peace when my daughter arrived, and over time she began to find peace. It was a lot of work for the entire family. Weekly therapy Zoom calls. Weekly parent calls, and monthly Zoom calls with other parents. Parent workshops where we learn to support our daughters, you will learn to build a place for your daughters where it is okay for them to fail and they will feel safe to come to you where you can help them recover. You will learn to create love and safety for your daughter. One word, Commitment.
It is a long process that you have to be willing to give 110%. Sometimes it may be difficult but you have to listen to the staff and you have to trust the process. Jason, Mike, and the CV staff are some of the most amazing people you will ever meet. I love these people with all of my heart. Clearview is a community, a place where you will meet other families in crisis and recovery. You will likely find lifelong friendships from the families at Clearview. You will learn to lean on each other. You will guide and support each other. Your daughters will have lifelong friendships when they graduate.
If you have a child in crisis, this is the best place you could be. My daughter is 4 months, post-graduation and she is doing great. She has a bad day once in a while but we recover together and we move forward. We don’t have the bad month like we used to and we haven’t had the bad months over and over.
Thank you Clearview Staff for all you do for our beautiful girls.

Clearview saved our daughter's life. They are not perfect, but they truly care. The staff that our daughter interacted with were caring and really wanted to encourage positive growth in the girls that were there. She had one of the best therapists we could have asked for and is still keeping in touch with her from a distance. Our daughter went from hating school and getting F's to graduating from Clearview and transferring to a private high school and graduating. She is now in college, pursuing a degree in Child Development. She has reconnected with her friends and family. We are very grateful to all of the staff who contributed to her success.

I am a graduate of Clearview. I am 15 years old. I used to struggle with self-harm, lying, boys, anger, nicotine, sneaking out, restrictive eating, and forgiveness. I used to hate my family. I wanted nothing to do with them. Now I am grateful for this beautiful life. I am a overcomer. I am confident. I have a beautiful relationship with my family. See many people have different experiences of Clearview and I respect that. There is help that can be offered but when the person who is in need does not accept the help there is nothing anyone can do but keep the hand extended. That is what Clearview does. They keep there hands out so when the girl is ready she can take her chance. Yes, there are mistakes made. Yes, Clearview is imperfect. I do have to say that when I started truly and purely doing my work along with the rest of my family there was beauty that grew. If you are thinking of going to Clearview or a parent/s are thinking of sending your daughter to Clearview, everyone has to contribute to doing their work. That doesn’t mean “faking it to make it.” The question I would request you ask yourself is “Do you want to get better and do you want your family to get better?” Because if you really want that then you have to work for it. Hard things matter. There was a lot of tears, hurt, and overcoming. I used to spread my pain. Now I spread growth.

Before our daughter Meg was at Clearview, we tried getting here help many different places. Nothing was working. One very late night I couldn't sleep, and was desperately trying to find anything, something.
I happened to find Clearview and was immediately drawn in by passion and pursuit that Clearview was not just about your daughter, it was getting the whole family involved for restorative change. At the time I had no idea what that meant or how much hard work would be involved with us parents, but I can sure tell you it is worth every ounce of pain and struggle.

Our daughter has been there about 4-5 months now and it is not a race. Its slow, and you may not see instant changes. There is lots of relearning on our daughter's side and our side as parents. There is no such thing as an easy fix.

I can tell you that the staff there are incredibly supportive, and really love these girls. Mike does amazing work with these girls not only through horse therapy, but how he is able to communicate ideas, and life lessons in ways I can only wish to obtain one day with our daughter.

Some days are good days in family therapy, and some are very frustrating and feel as though nothing is getting accomplished. That's ok, The Clearview process is caring, patient, and makes a difference. It's a long way to go for Meg and us, but our hard work ( GRIT ) and trusting the process will be so rewarding. It already has made huge impacts on my wife and I, who thought we knew what being a parent was,, boy how much our mindset has changed...

The founder called me prior to intake and explained her proven process. She and her Academy kept her promise as I trusted said process even when it got messy. In return I have the daughter God created and with the maturity of a 30 year old. Clearview can put you in contact with me for further explanation. They have done more than heal my daughter, the process has healed my family. I remain committed to it and will, continue to participate.

I am sure reading these reviews can be a bit confusing. Some reviews are 5 and others are an 1. Please remember if your considering a program like this most families come in hurting, scared, angry, and sad. Something has broken down that has lead them to where they are at currently. Also, some girls leave before graduation and miss the last transformational 6 months of the program. My experience is graduation usually means transformation.

I am a father of a graduate. This program is about restoration - of the individual and family. Sending our daughter to a program was the hardest decisions of my life, but it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever done. This is not a place you send your daughter and they “fix” her. It will take individual ownership, time, effort, heart, trust, and repentance from the parents as well as your daughter. You will be asked to trust the process many times that is extremely hard but a gift. A significant amount of the success of the program is each family member owning their part in healing. You get out what you put in.
I was a good father but still had a lot to own. My daughter had to do the same. She had to own what lead her to Clearview.
The staff’s skill to work with girls is excellent. They’ve seen most “unique” cases. Clearview wants to see a girl’s heart change. When the heart and belief change that leads to new choices and actions.
Also the staff will love your girl, they are trustworthy, and this is more than a job to them. I am confident, they will skillfully love her. I visited Clearview and another school before we sent our daughter there and at Clearview the staff’s love and skill put my anxiety at ease. There is weekly equine, individual, and family therapy, daily group therapy, quarterly parental workshops, and home visits. There is both time and space to rebuild what has been broken.

If a parent is considering this option I imagine most other options have been exhausted. Clearview equipped me to rebuild my relationship with my daughter, helped her redirect her life. We have hope for the future and God has healed our family. It was well worth the investment in her and our family.

Sent my daughter here after struggling for years at home. She spend 15 months here. Learning who she was and who she wasn't. And in the middle of the intense therapy, workshops, and schoolwork, she made lifelong friends, learned to ski, ride horses, and appreciate the beauty of God's creation (camping, whitewater rafting, etc.). The therapists and staff truly cared for her (and her family), and I know she will be back to visit. They have prepared her for the next stage of her life, and we are so excited to see what her future holds now! Thank you to all the staff at Clearview! Highly recommend and am willing to talk to future parents about it!

i would have to say Clearview has been heaven sent not only for my daughter but my whole entire family!! I would not know what do do without them. Yes, they are expensive but I could not put a price tag on how much my daughter has changed in a year. I’m so proud of the way she is thinking and she is back to her normal self. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!!

I cannot say enough good things about them . The staff is so caring and go above and beyond for the girls. They are well aware that the parents are giving them a piece of their hearts and they preserve and nurture it back to health. There are no labels no judgements just pure holistic nurture and care. In the troubling times we live in we need more places like these. More power to you Clearview. Thank you for what you do.

My name is Cori, and I graduated in 2021. My experience is something I will carry with me for the rest of my life. I met friends that I continue to speak with to this day, and others that are memories I hold onto forever. There are also select staff members that influenced the core of who I am. To respect their privacy, a special thanks to the academic teachers, fitness instructor, daily care staff, and my therapist at the time. Certain staff and student body changed me for the better. You individuals embody the core values I desire, and I continue to look up to you. I gained insights into my identity, defining qualities, and aspirations.

Additionally, I understand every institution comes with its faults and challenges. I believe that as long as the intentions and efforts of Clearview from a good place, then there is inherent good and genuine results. I was blessed to be given the gift of going to Clearview on my own will. And I am even more blessed that my family supported me and helped me with this choice. Other girls were not as open to change. To my remembrance, this created a lot of animosity all around. It is hard to balance those that want to change, and others that are stuck in their ways without creating a popularity dynamic. One thing I would challenge are the entrance and exit transitions for the student body. After hearing updates on a few graduates, and a few students pulled, a good portion of them still end up in troubled situations. Pregnancy, drug-use, and emotional instability to name a few. This is no fault of Clearview, but better transitions could help to prevent this. At that point, I hope the former students can use their taught skillset to effectively learn and adapt to these challenges of life. I pray Clearview continues to grow in these areas, and my understanding of them does too.

Ultimately, my time at Clearview is something I am beyond grateful for. I tap into my skills on a daily basis and use them to lead a better life. I also try to use them to grow as a person consistently. We can't change with comfortability. Lastly, I am privileged to say that I try to share with others what I have been taught at Clearview. I now have a wide variety of coping mechanisms. I hope I can continue to teach, grow, and change just as I have been taught to do. Clearview is definitely not the right choice for everyone, but for some it is life-changing.

We feel we were robbed in this place. They promised to reimburse us 70%_80% when insurance kicked in and they never did. We wrote emails, texts and called several times and never got an direct straight answer. When you want in they are super diligent and answer everything very fast, but after tou pay…. Its a differennt story.
Our daughter was there for only 3 months, and she hated it, she walked out when she turned 18. Listening to her input after she left, and talking to two of her friends from there we realized what a waste of money and time this was. They take advantage of the moments of desperation families encounter with troubled teenage girls and they RIP YOU OFF !!! Wont recommend this place for anyone, these are the type of heartless people who act and hide under “religion”, and make people stop believing in true good.
