Dr Patel is very nice. He makes me feel comfortable and he cares about my diagnosis. I'm glad he is my GI doctor. I recommended to anyone who needs this type of specialist.

As of right now being a patient of Dr. Patel's.......he has given me very little to no information regarding my cirrhosis of the liver, and other testing he has performed. The staff seems to always be so outdone when you call, they forever assure you they will return your call but do not uphold what they promise. If my case is of such concern or at a loss, I want to be told by Dr. Patel but he does NOT have the time. I am going to him because I am not well, I at 49 wish to live longer and I have had more information given to me by an emergency room doctor than the SPECIALIST. NO, i do not recommend this doctor to anyone who has a liver disease. If things do change though I feel they won't with Dr. Patel's history with ME, I will write about it. Don't hold your breath.

I had to have another colonoscopy a year after having it done by this quack not only did they find something totally different then what he said but was treated like cattle

Ive been here since 1 it is now 3. First they wanted to bypass my insurance and not even bill it and told me itd be $200 for a visit upfront when i said i literally do not have it they said okay and brought be back. I came back at about 2:00.... this is rediculous. The receptionist was hateful and unfriendly, the place seems dirty, chairs in the rooms uncomfortable... most horrible doctors visit ive ever had and i havent even seen the doctor yet!!!

This place is so dang slow you have to be there at least 2 hours early and you might get seen on time. They charge you 25 for missed appointment. You can sit 45 minutes befor you ever get checked in, then another hour to see the doctor for 3 minutes. Will be seeking care somewhere new..
