I can’t stand crooks who make something look nice on the inside but won’t pay to fix the main beam and 30 something floor joist which is 30k and the house was sold to me at 110k. Should have spent the 30k on the remodel in replacing the floor joist and the main beam. Now my family and suffer because of this man, deceiver Rick Fain. I won’t recommend this reality company or him to any one buying a home. Crooks and thieves is what they are. I’d do zero stars if I could.

These people are deceptive, untrustworthy thieves. Folks please be aware, and stay as far away from Rick Fain’s listings as possible. Lord have mercy on his soul and bring him to repentance. This entire company needs to be washed with the blood of Jesus.

I was referred to Rick Fain, he immediately started sending me homes to look at and when I saw one I actually liked he asked to put in an offer and I said yes! I have no clue why I trusted him going off a family member that used him in the past! He didn’t give me any insight or recommendations on the home he just wanted me to buy it! He put the offer in and later said we should skip the inspection and offer more than asking price since multiple offers had been put in. I never saw the house again after the 10 minute walk through we did, he called a week later and said the offer was accepted I was so happy not knowing I should’ve did an inspection and plenty other things as well, he told me that he would ask the seller to pay the closing cost with the offer but when the offer got accepted he said he asked them to pay 4,000 which was not what we discussed, I asked him about the roof and the HVAC system he said they bout were 15-20 years old and the seller wouldn’t replace. I was disappointed and told him I had cold feet he told me to buy they house and that I signed a legal binging contract to do so! Me not knowing I could have still backed out not knowing nothing at all about home buying just trying to provide for my daughter, I said ok…. Then came closing time and my lender was very nice even thou he couldn’t understand why Rick only offered 4,000 in closing and why he declined the inspection well Curt was there for me from beginning to end he even showed up at my closing to assist! Rick couldn’t even be there at closing for me after he bamboozled me into this home…. Well I closed on the home and it’s horrible…. It’s a different problem in the home every week not to mention the ceilings are leaking….And no I didn’t notice all of this during the first and only 10 minutes walk through…. I don’t have alot of money, I worked 6 days a week for 8 months to get a home for me and my daughter I’m a single parent and was just trying to do what I thought was best…. But now I have to basically rebuild this home because of a realtor I should have never trusted and doesn’t even care at all…. This actually karma for me cause I skipped on my real realtor and chose Rick cause I assumed he was more experienced! Not sure where I’ll go from here but I have to take it one day at a time but I am truly truly truly Disappointed with this guy! It’s so unfair but I know I played my part to by trusting him

Rick Fain is condescending, rude, didn't show for closing, check wasn't available at closing. There is something hinky about him. Don't trust him. As the other review states, you will be bamboozled!

Was absolutely terrible at keeping me updated on a property that I was inquiring about. I tried to get in touch with the lady that does the scheduling multiple times before the day I was suppose to view the property. The property is roughly 3 hours away from me, but never got any call backs or texts. Ended up contacting another agency who told me that the property is under contract.
