Snake River Adventures and RiverQuest Excursions

What an amazing full day tour we had today with Snake River Adventures! So much fun and extremely informative on history and geology of the region. Lee and Joe Bob are the perfect team. Humor, courteous, professional and very safe. I can't say enough good things about this trip. Don't wait any longer.....GO!! You'll love it:)

I loved it.
I dubbed it the hells canyon thunder and lightning cruise.
I am not good with names but our skipper and his first mate made the day fantastic.
We started the trip in the rain with thunder and lightning and I was enjoying myself at the back of the boat and didn't mind getting wet until a downpour started and then it was undercover with everyone else. The rain stopped and we continued our approximately 60 mile trek up the snake with the skipper pointing out animals and historic places, the whole time the first mate was busy doing things from handing out water and lunches to helping guests get the best pictures.
I highly recommend this boat ride.
And when else are you going to have the opportunity to be in Idaho, Washington and Oregon all at the same time, go for it and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Captain Lee and first mate, Joe Bob did an awesome job getting us up the Snake River 90 miles with lots of interesting history stories. 90 miles back down, we had a little play time where some of us got wet. Highly recommend, we went on a full day tour.

We had a wonderful excursion today with our boat driver, Nate and deck support, Steve! Really enjoyed the narrative and the boat driving was superb! Steve made sure we always had plenty of water to drink. Will definitely go again next time I make it to Lewiston.

Snake River Adventures gave us a great boat tour of the river. Our captain was informative, creative and adventurous. The lunch stop half way through the tour was very impressive! We were so happy with our day spent riding on the river.

Comfortable seating, our captain, Eric, did a super narration of the sites and features of the canyon! A side excursion arranged by our Lindblad Cruise; I couldn't imagine a better experience! Thank you for a treasured memory!

You can pick what suits you. Their staff is very experienced, friendly and helpful. They know how to show you around. On the other end, there's a nice lodge with great food. The price for their tours is too less for what you get. Totally worth it! Go build memories that will last forever!

We had an awesome day on the half day tour. They did a great job. They were entertaining and informative. The lunch break was so relaxing in the orchard. We'd love to do this again.

We had an amazing day on the river yesterday 5/29/23 . The water was high but we had a Great boat captain. The boat was named Whiskey Benz🤣Very knowledgeable and clear to hear. Very helpful crew always made sure we had an ice cold water and answered all questions with a big smile. I have gluten and dairy allergies and my lunch was made special for me. I did not have any reactions.

Snake River Adventures is where it is at! We had a wonderful private jet boat and fishing trip for our dad's birthday! Nate Luther was an awesome guide! Kaden Elben was a wonderful deck hand. Both knowledgeable and lots of fun to be around. We were able to catch a sturgeon!!!

A great trip for the whole family. We did a half day and our oldest went with us and he had a blast. I would highly recommend it.

I grew up with Nate and have only used his company for tours up Hells Canyon. He teaches history along the way. Does an excellent job explaining areas and the history of that area. Incredible river guide and amazing boat operator. Highly impressed with skill and knowledge. My most recent trip was last weekend on a rainy day and the tour was still awe striking and fun. Really worth every single cent. Forever customer here!

Amazing trip! Captain Lee And first mate Randy were amazing. The jet boat was in fantastic shape. The lunch was very filling! Felt very safe. Being in the back back of the boat, I was wet, which I was warned and expected, but was great on a hot day.

Nate, the captain, and Scuba Steve - were phenomenal hosts! Nate knows that river like the back of his hand! Steve was attentive, kind, and made ya feel at ease! I highly recommend the Monday tour time for those who are water-aversive. The experience is worth every penny!

Great trip! Eric and Randy were incredible hosts. The six hour trip was informative and enjoyable. I would recommend this day trip. They kept us entertained, fed and watered. The view of the canyon going up the river was pretty amazing, and the ride coming down was fun! Cool trip on a hot day!

That was an awesome experience. We did a half day boat trip from Lewiston. It is a must do. The captain was very friendly and knowledgeable about the whole thing, the geology, the river, the wildlife, the stories about the history and of course his boat. Our captain is doing the job now for nearly 20 years and you feel like he's doing it with great fun and enthusiasm every day! I recommend to book only the half day tour. You will not see much more during the full day but this tour can be really exhausting because the movement of the boat gets more and more exhausting.

Best crew of Capt. Eric and Capt. Cameron. Trip was leisurely and equally exciting. Enjoyed the rush of the rapids and swerving across the river, but never felt anything less than trust for the Capts. With a less than full boat it was easy to move around and view everything that was pointed out to us. A relaxing lunch on the river with beach for swimming. We didn't swim, but many enjoyed the slow current and brisk water. A thoroughly satisfying adventure and great memories of touring the Snake River in Hell's Canyon. Worth the price!
