ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE TODAY!!!

My husband and I went to outback to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. As soon as we walked in the door we were immediately greeted. Our waiters name was Miguel, he was absolutely fantastic. He stayed on top of everything we needed, our food was very delicious . He made sure to continue to check on us as much as possible. We will definitely be back soon and we hope to get him again for our waiter!

I had to eat here a few times before I decided to do this review to make sure I wasn't dreaming. But let me tell you this place has never let me down. The service was great. I didn't have to wait to be seated on a Sunday afternoon. And my food was so flavorful. My ribs were moist and sauced to perfection. And those beautiful shrimp were so 🔥🔥🔥. If you are ever in the Danville Va area go here to eat.

My experience was AMAZING and our waiter was just as great. Myself and two co workers went out for a nice dinner there a couple of days ago my steak was cooked to perfection and everyone else was satisfied with theirs as well. Thank you so much to our server Daniel on his awesome customer service and fast and friendly service!

Miquel was awesome and very professional. We had a large table and picky eaters and he kept the drinks coming and the service was great!

Always great quality and service, but today was EXCEPTIONAL! The manager (Jerod) took great care of my mom and dad on their 57th Anniversary and we can't thank him enough for what he did to make them happy today. He is a Christian man and truly reflected the Light of Christ today.

I eat at this restaurant quite often. Olivia and Jesse are by far the best waitresses there. They go far and beyond to make sure your experience is a great one. Every time me and my daughter eat here we always ask for them. On another note, the cooks have gotten the Alice Springs Chicken down to a T. It is so delicious every time we order.

Celebrated my Mama’s birthday here yesterday 12/5/2023 and our waitress, Sierra was AAAAMAZING! We had a party of 10 and she didn’t miss a beat….food was hot and delicious, drinks were always refilled—-staff friendly sung happy birthday…the entire experience was memorable for my Mama and that’s really all that mattered! Thank you!!

I went to Outback for my birthday dinner this year and everything was phenomenal. I ordered the ribeye with grilled shrimp on the barbie. Everything was cooked perfectly. The thing that really set my experience apart was my server Daniel he made me and the other guests feel like we were the most important people in the room. He suggested the best drinks and meals for each of our tastes. It is hard to find service like that of Daniel. 20 out of 10 stars for Daniel and I will definitely be returning!

I have not been a fan of Outback for years. I got a gift card this Christmas and ordered from the Danville location. I have to admit. I haven’t had a finer steak from a national chain In a very long time. I highly recommend

Sierra was our waitress and she was very attentive to our table! She made sure to check on us multiple times through the evening, as well as keeping a smile! The food is always amazing including the Blood Orange - a - Rita!

My husband and I eat at Outback usually twice a week and I use the to - go /pick up , and my experience is always wonderful usually they know me when I get there and bring my food right out , my steaks are always what I ordered and they taste wonderful, My family eats there a few times a month also and we all love it and prices are great .

We had a wonderful experience! Our waitress was Shontelle and she was absolutely amazing!! Very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable of menu items.

It's been a long time since I had been to an Outback Steakhouse. Hubby and I were trying to decide on something to eat for lunch and there it was. The staff was friendly, courteous and very attentive. We got the grilled shrimp appetizer. My husband got his favorite, the biggest on the menu the 22 ounce Porterhouse with salad and fries. Because I'm on a restricted diet I got the potato soup. Both were delicious. The wheat bread needed a little puffing up, but had a wonderful flavor. Still a little pricey but we'll worth it.

My experience with Paul was amazing, I called my order in and Paul was very efficient, prompt, nice. To me great customer service is very important to me and Paul went above and beyond today to make sure my dinner was ready. Paul needs a raise and a promotion!!!

Steak was cooked perfect. Service was slow and forgot appetizer. Was served salad before drinks.

The steaks were cooked to temp and well seasoned; very tender ribeyes. The blooming Onion was well battered, not overdone and not greasy on the bottom.

The service was spectacular. I'm sure I'm butchering her name so I apologize. I'll be happy to edit it correctly for a response but...

Alileah? was one of the best servers I have ever had. It felt like a Ritz-Carlton fine dining experience. She anticipated our needs (offering things like condiments and menu suggestions) kept our drinks full and she was extremely friendly. Even though the place was busy we could tell our food was brought out promptly and didn't sit in a window somewhere.

Hadn't been there in a while and the place exceeded our expectations.

Daniel was a tremendous help and well knowledgeable on assisting me with using a gift card that was from a 3rd party. He was my hero. Thank you Daniel.

Well I had the sirloin and rib combo and it was cooked perfect! The ribs were great as well. Had a awesome server that keep the glasses full and checked on us regularly!
