Someone else said it.. ill say it again- Candace Clocker is THE BEST pediatrician in the state of VA!! Went through the wringer with my son, not knowing what was wrong, we were flighted to VCU where Dr. Crocker was on call. She came in the room and was nothing but absolutely awesome from the moment she entered. Within 5mins she was ordering bloodwork for him and BAM we had a diagnoses! I will never take my child anywhere else as long as she is here, and if she moves, we might, too.

Candace Clocker is THE BEST PEDIATRICIAN in the state of Virginia. A true gem to the community. I pray she never leaves this office.

Candace Clocker is the best! My son has been going to her since he was 6 weeks!

If I could submit zero stars, I would ! For two consecutive days I sat patiently with my sick child waiting for over 45 mins. 15 mins before appointment time and well over 15 mins after appointment time. We watched at several parents went back to be seen with their children. When questioned about the correct timing, the first time the receptionist ignored the question and did not relay back. An awkward silence. I had to leave after an unpleasant wait time. The next day, exactly the same. This is Very unprofessional to sit and wait with no concern, no apology, no enlightenment whatsoever of the inconvenience, no Acknowledgment of waiting in the waiting room for a long extended period. However, I would like to acknowledge how wonderful Dr. Clocker is. She is incredibly great with my child and explain information in ways that I understand as a parent. I highly recommend her as a Pediatric doctor.

Very rude and unreliable place. I have never had this issue in past with my son pediatrician. I dropped specific form that needed to be filled by doctor saying it’s very urgent. Front desk lady said it will b done in the day it was dropped. It’s been over a week and it hasn’t been done. I kept calling them left bunch of voicemail, but no one responds back. I am very frustrated from this. This form is for my 2 year child which is very important and needs to be done on time. Now I am running out of time and I can’t get hold of any employee. If I ever get chance to talk to any front desk people, they will transfer to nurse phone and it never gets answered. I don’t know what to do at this point.

This clinic use to be the best until they got these two new nurses they are so rude and disrespectful to the customers and the doctor as well they have no respect for no one. I will not be bringing my child back to this clinic until they do better with there staff they are liars. As long as I've been dealing with this clinic since my child been born I never had an issue with this clinic until last week and yesterday the nurses are very disrespectful and the doctor wouldn't come and talk with me she believes them over the patients big mistake on her part. There's two sides to every story she heard there side but wouldn't listen to my side she sent someone else in to come talk with me and then she said that the doctor is upset with you in how you talked to the nurses. First off I never disrespected them until they disrespected me first I show respect when its due and they didn't show it to me.

Rude, ugly attitude from one front desk lady for zero reason. Completely uncalled for.
