At the Badcock South Boston VA location; Salesperson Lesley worked with me for the best purchase experience.
The Delivery team Brandon and TJ was over top for professional service!! The truck was backed about a half mile up my driveway to avoid the wet lawn and not get stuck. The cargo was securely tied down to avoid any damage. They were experienced on safely handling of the merchandise off the truck. The men were polite and friendly and accommodating. The Best!! I did not catch the two very nice ladies names but, I stopped by there today in search of a king size bedroom suite and came out 100% satisfied and a bedroom suite purchased. Although I have to wait about a month or so for this order (back order) the bedroom suite I picked out is beautiful. Will be coming back for future purchases(: Shout out to the two lady in house that was very helpful and professionals. Way to go ladies !

I decided to do some last minute redecorating and ended up without a table in my kitchen for preparing food for the holiday . I visited just about every furniture store in Danville among others to find something sufficient for the small space in my kitchen. I was reluctant to visit badcock in Danville since my relative has been a customer there for several years and I was displeased with the service she has received over the years but I went there anyway. I was glad I did because I found the perfect item for my kitchen. I wanted things to be good being this is the first year without my mother for me and without their father for my children. I was so excited to see the cart…unfortunately the sales rep told me it wasn’t in stock and it would take 4-12 weeks to arrive. I asked her where the nearest store was and did they have it. She said south Boston was the nearest but pulled from the same warehouse as they did and wldnt have it either. I asked her if I could purchase the one on the floor and she told me no. I asked where the warehouse was located and if I could drive to pick it up..she said mebane nc but that they didn’t have the cart either. I asked if she could give me the number to the store in south Boston. She did. I left the store and called south Boston’s Babcock …. I provided the lady with the item number and she told me they had it and I could come pick it up off the floor…she acted like there was nothing to it… her name was Ella☺☺☺I went there and had an amazingly smooth transaction with pleasantness, kindness, helpfulness, friendliness, and smiles…I am so THANKFUL for people like Ella and the entire staff at BABCOCK FURNITURE in SOUTH BOSTON…their good deeds enriched our family holiday and allowed me more to be thankful for this year…. Thank you sincerely from my family to yours….
